“This was our first time leaving our nine month old puppy with anyone. And we left him for 8 nights!! He is a bit anxious and shy so we were a little bit nervous on how he would adapt. But Stephanie was absolutely incredible. She sent me so many updates and pictures to let me know how he was doing. He was incredibly comfortable in her home and with her family and the other dogs. She was so thoughtful in making sure that he was paired with the right dogs, during his stay. We were 100% use her again. Thank you so much for all of the love and care for our sweet Nugget!!”

“Our pup had the best time with Heather and her pets! Her puppy and ours became best friends, and had so much fun! We would definitely recommend and use Heather’s services again.”

“Megan and Aaron took such great care of our pups! We could tell they had such a great time staying at their home through the many photos and updates (and how tired they came back to us!). They were so spoiled getting all the snuggles and play time with their two sweet pups in Megan and Aaron's big backyard. Our dogs can definitely be a little quirky so we really appreciate them providing such a warm and patient home while we were away. We are so grateful we found them and will definitely use their services again in the future!”

“I would give 10 stars if I could. Tim is great with Cabi and Nugget. Nugget is usually shy around people he doesn't know. He was laying on Tim's lap within hours of being there. I highly recommend Tim. It is comforting to know my pups are well taken care of when I have to board them.”

Our pup received so many snuggles as well as lots of backyard fetch time (Heather has a great fenced-in yard). We would book with Heather again - thanks Heather for the care you provided our pup.”
“Peter and family watched Brisket over the Thanksgiving holiday. They had great communication and I have no doubt that Brisket was very well cared for. Sounds like he got along swimmingly with their dog, Riley, which was a huge plus also. I would definitely use them in the future.”

“Michele was AMAZING! We had to find a sitter last minute and Michele was so accommodating. One of our dogs required some medical care, including diaper changes and administering medication from a recent injury. Michele did this with such care and our dogs were so well taken care of. We will definitely be using her in the future!”

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, small, large, and at all stages of life. I know what it’s like to stress about pet care while you’re trying to enjoy your time away and I love being able to help put dog moms minds at ease!! I have two babies of my own who are very mellow but live pretty active life styles. We are constantly together since I get to work from home most of the week and if that means I can help someone with their fur baby then why would I not?! My partner and I both work hybrid jobs so we are fortunate to never really have to leave our fur babies alone. We walk our dogs at least twice a day just because they are older and I want them to be in the best shape through their senior years. I also am huge on making sure my dogs get to experience things so they go with me almost everywhere, even if it’s just for a car ride to get gas!
“Erik was amazing! Took good care of Prince and even updated us frequently on anything and everything! Prince seemed to have a great time too. Will contact Erik again in the future! Thanks again!”

About: I’ve spent time with canines since I could walk! Every summer my parents would rescue different canines in the local area, and leave it to me to train and care for them. I’m currently working part time, so pet care comes as a priority for me. Nothing would make me happier then caring for someone’s fur baby! I have several dog parks within walking distance of my complex, as well as a dog park inside of it as well! As for cats I have all of the appropriate things needed. Food, litter, toys, cat trees, treats and more, all waiting for new fur friends.
“Brooke and Nathan were great! They were super accommodating for a last-minute request! They made me feel comfortable from our first meeting. I highly recommend!”

“Traci was fantastic! My dog had a great time at her place and she took great care of him. Traci sent many updates and photos which was greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend Traci to others!”

“CJ responded quickly to my inquiry, was flexible in planning my pup's stay, and treated Poptart and her belongings very well! I'd be more than happy to book with CJ again!”

“Very responsive and reliable. It was our first time sending my dog to stay 4 nights at sitter’s house and it worked out great! Kim gave me many updates as well as pictures so we wouldn’t worry so much.”

“Danielle is an amazing sitter. We left clover with her and her friendly family for 5 days. We got daily updates with pictures and videos and saw that clover was having a great time with their pup Rex.”

Communication was excellent and I would highly recommend Sandra for cat sitting!”

“Ryan was a dependable cat sitter who loves cats. Ryan is committed to help your kitty/kitties have consistent love and attention while you are away. Luna warmed up to him immediately. Ryan kept our house clean and followed all instructions.”

She gave them lots of attention, including making little hiding forts with the cat blankets, turning on CatTV, and special time with each cat! Nikki housesat while we were away for 11 days. She went above and beyond by bringing in our plants on the deck due to forecasted snow, and watering them daily due to the 80deg heat (May weather!). I had a mixup with the dates, which Nikki noticed. Fortunately she was able to add an extra day helping one more time for us. Litter box was clean and our cats seemed happy ❤️”

They were happy as could be when I got back from my trip. Erika is a top notch sitter, and I will definitely be hiring again! Thanks again!”

“This was my first time using Rover and I was so nervous leaving my special needs cat with someone I didn’t know. Butters requires a few oral meds and doesn’t do well with strangers. When I met Laurie, I immediately knew it would be a great fit. She was patient with Butters throughout her check ins, and he warmed up to her almost immediately. The photo updates were amazing to have, and it was such a relief to know she was taking care of Butters. I will absolutely be reaching out to her for pet sitting again in the future, and highly recommend her to anyone!”

“Shari is wonderful! She left us great report cards and pictures while we were away! She was very attentive to our kitty KK! Highly recommend her! We will definitely book Shari again! Thank you 😊”

About: Hi, I'm Nikki P, and I'm here to provide your beloved pet with the highest standard of care. I have over 30 years of pet care experience, having worked with animals of all shapes and sizes—from the smallest Chinese hamster to the largest dog breeds. I understand that leaving your pet can be stressful; I know because I've been in your shoes! I was once a client who had a wonderful experience with a Rover sitter, which inspired me to offer the same peace of mind to others. My goal is simple: to make sure you feel completely comfortable and secure while you're away. My Expertise My extensive experience means I'm prepared for many different care needs. I specialize in: Senior Pet Care: Providing the gentle, patient, and specialized attention that older pets often require, including assistance with mobility and comfort. Medication Administration: I have extensive experience caring for sick animals and can confidently administer various types of medications, including oral, topical, and injections, following your veterinarian's instructions precisely. Dog Walking: Offering fun, safe, and appropriately paced walks tailored to your dog's energy level and needs. At-Home Pet Sitting: Ensuring your pets are happy, safe, and comfortable in the familiar environment of their own home, minimizing stress and maintaining their routine. No pet is too small, and no need is too complex. Whether it's a cuddle session for a nervous cat or specific care for a dog with special health requirements, I treat every pet as if they were my own. Why Choose Me? Three Decades of Experience: True mastery in handling diverse animal needs and temperaments. Inspired by a Client's Trust: I approach every booking with the empathy of a pet parent who knows what it feels like to be uncertain. Specialized Care: Confidence in caring for senior and sick pets, which many other sitters may shy away from. I look forward to meeting you and your furry, or feathered family member! Pet care isn't just a side activity for me—it's central to my daily routine. I am currently a full-time pet parent, which means my schedule is inherently flexible and dedicated to animal care. I don't juggle a separate nine-to-five job, so I have extensive time and availability. This means I can devote all the time needed to your pet. Whether they need three scheduled walks, specialized medication times, or just extra cuddles and monitoring throughout the day, your pet will receive my undivided attention. I treat every booking as the highest priority, ensuring your pet's routine, comfort, and safety are fully maintained while you are away. When I care for your pet in your home, my focus is entirely on maintaining their established routine. This setting is usually best for pets who thrive in their familiar environment. Routine Adherence: I follow your specific schedule for feeding, walking, playtime, and potty breaks precisely. Comfort and Security: Your pet has access to their favorite beds, toys, and spaces, which reduces anxiety. Specialized Needs: I administer medications or follow specific care plans (like those for senior pets) exactly as instructed. Home Security: I am respectful of your space and also maintain the security of your home while you are away.

About: At 27 years old, I've had experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities—from rambunctious puppies who need lots of patience and playtime, to energetic large breeds, to sweet senior dogs who require a little extra care and comfort. I know that every dog is unique, and I strive to make each pet feel safe, loved, and right at home while you're away. Whether your pup loves long walks, endless games of fetch, or simply wants a cozy companion to relax with, I'm happy to tailor my care to their individual needs and routine. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I'd love the opportunity to provide them with a safe, fun, and caring experience. I can't wait to meet you and your pup! Meet and Greets before booking a service are welcome! ☺️ As a flight attendant, my schedule varies from week to week, but I often have multiple consecutive days off that allow me to dedicate plenty of time to pet care. I keep my Rover calendar updated so you'll always see my current availability. When I commit to a booking, you can count on me to provide dependable care, regular updates, and lots of attention for your pet. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always take the time to learn about each dog's routine, personality, preferences, and any medical or behavioral needs before their stay. I carefully follow all owner instructions, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and any special care requirements.
About: I can't remember a time in my life when I didn't have kittens, cats, puppies, or dogs. I grew up caring for our family's animals. Anytime a friend or family member needs a pet helper, I am the one they reach out to. My daughter, who is 17, also couldn’t be more in love with animals of all types. I have an incredibly flexible schedule working from home and would love to snuggle and care for your little one when you are in need. I have a small pomeranian-shitzu and a cat (who likes to hide and keep to himself when strangers are over). Your pet will be loved and cared for in the exact way you request. I am able to kennel or not. Walks, playtime, feeding schedules - let me know what your pet needs so I can be the best step-in momma while you are away.
About: Having pets myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your beloved companions. I remember taking my own dogs to kennels and feeling as if they spent most of their time waiting for me to return. When I discovered Rover, I loved the idea that pet parents could find a caring, home-based alternative—either at a sitter’s home or in their own familiar environment. As a Rover sitter, I care for pets and homes exactly as I hope someone would care for mine. I have an established clientele of pups I care for in my home (since 2019) and have recently begun to enjoy in-home sitting as well, bringing the same dedication and attention to detail your pet deserves in their own home. I am a very clean person, respectful of your space, and I treat every pet as if they were my own, always seeking detailed instructions to ensure your pet’s needs and routines are thoroughly met. I’m also excited to share that I am now offering dog walking services and drop-in visits, providing pups with daily exercise, stimulation, and companionship—perfect for busy pet parents who want their dogs to stay happy and healthy even on their busiest days. I work full-time 100% remote so I have the flexibility to care for your pets while I am working. I do like to head home for a few hours a day if house sitting to be with my family. My husband cares for our pups who are visiting and our own, if I'm away. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, comfortable environment where they can follow their usual routines, including feeding, exercise, and playtime, while ensuring they have access to fresh water and cozy resting spots. In a client’s home, I maintain the pet’s familiar surroundings, adhere closely to the owner’s instructions on diet, medication, and daily habits, and give regular updates to ensure peace of mind. Whether at my place or the client’s, I prioritize the pet’s well-being, safety, and happiness by giving them attentive, loving care tailored to their needs.
About: I have had dogs the majority of my life and absolutely adore them. They bring so much unconditional love to our lives that it is impossible not to love them! I currently work from home so I am always here for your dog(s) during the day. My schedule at work is designed to allow me to take dogs out every two hours if they aren't sure of or can't use a dog door. I will get all viable information from the pawrent so I know exactly what is needed for the pet such as feedings, walks, medications, training or other things.
“Stephanie was responsive and kept me updated with what my dog was doing through the day. Pasa came home tired and content after a day of play and walk with Stephanie and her dog.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for years, regularly pet sitting for friends and family before joining Rover. At home, I have two well behaved doodles—including one I trained to pass both the Canine Good Citizen and Urban CGC tests. You’ll get two daily updates (or more if you’d like!), and your pup gets my full attention. Whether it’s fetch, a walk, or cuddle time, I tailor care to each dog’s needs to make sure they feel safe, loved, and at home. I can’t wait to make new furry friends! 🐾 My husband and I both work from home full time, so pet care fits seamlessly into our daily routine. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to prioritize your dog’s unique needs, routines, and preferences. Our toddler attends daycare during the day and is already a big dog lover, so your pup will be in a calm, dog friendly home with plenty of attention and care. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priority. Please let me know about any special needs, medications, or behavioral quirks so I can provide the best personalized care. We’re also close to trails, perfect for daily walks if your pup enjoys exploring the outdoors.
“Sarah and Darren are wonderful Rover.com sitters. We first took Kali for a meet and greet and that was great. Kali had two walks and dinner and enjoyed a wonderful time at their home while we were away all day. We will definitely use Sarah and Darren again. Thanks!”

“Sean is amazing! I've not had any luck with my tripod husky but he is truly a dog whisperer with a kind and gentle heart. He's very communicative and professional and has some great dogs of his own that will make yours feel at home!”

About: Since 2023, I have dogsat for two very large and energetic Golden Retrievers, two large Barbets, and a 16 year old Bichon. These experiences with various sizes, ages, and energy levels taught me to balance multiple pets at once, keep up with high energy dogs, and address health issues and medications. I also own a miniature dachshund rescue named Cookie who is very anxious and easily frightened, which has given me a lot of experience working with dogs with trauma and trouble trusting humans. I am not currently employed in Denver as I just graduated from Cal Poly in June. I have a lot of flexibility this summer and will not be starting classes again until September, so for these upcoming months I am very free! Once classes start, I am happy to continue sitting for established clients. My home: - 1/2 acre fenced yard with lots of room to run around and a spacious inside with hardwood floor. - Patio with umbrellas and shade - Patch of turf if preferred - Direct access to a walking path near Hoffman Park in Greenwood Village. - No other dogs in the home. All dogs in a new space will want to explore so I would monitor closely, but still allow them to sniff around and get used to the yard. Your home: I will read over all requirements (feeding time/amount, how long to stay, walks, etc) and text with any clarifying questions. In both my home and yours, I would love to send pictures and updates of your dogs for your peace of mind!

As a dog mom to my Mini American Shepherd, Kita, pet care is built into my daily routine. My days are filled with walks, playtime, training, and lots of cuddles. I genuinely love spending time with animals, so caring for pets feels less like work and more like something I enjoy. Whether it’s a dog who loves adventure or a cat who just wants a quiet companion, I love getting to know each pet’s personality and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while their family is away. I believe pets are happiest when they can stick to the routines they’re familiar with, so I always try to follow their normal schedule as closely as possible. Each day they went on walks Navi came back tired and fulfilled. Richard sent me pics and updates throughout the walk. If Navi needs a good walk and I can’t provide, I will definitely reach out to Richard 🤞”

This was our first time boarding our 7 month old puppy and Heather was great at keeping us updated and making us feel super comfortable with leaving our puppy. Her puppy and ours became best friends, and had so much fun! We would definitely recommend and use Heather’s services again.”

“Breanne and her family provided a wonderful, playful and loving time while I boarded my spoiled pup with them. I loved the daily pictures. I won’t hesitate to bring him back to Breanne in the future!”

“Dan was great with my scared/reactive/anxious pup! I’ve had him for only a few weeks and I can already tell he made a lot of progress with Dan! Appreciated the updates and his insight.”

“Sarah and Darren were super easy to communicate with and I loved the daily pictures and updates they sent. I knew Lu was getting loved on and taken care of. It was so nice not to have to worry about her while we were away. I would definitely use them again!”

“Heather is truly a dog person! We felt confident about leaving our pup in her care. Heather is an excellent communicator - we loved receiving photo updates with fun and witty captions.

“Danielle is an amazing sitter. We left clover with her and her friendly family for 5 days. We got daily updates with pictures and videos and saw that clover was having a great time with their pup Rex.”

“Ryan has a great place for dogs to roam and hang out together. He sends updates and is flexible and accommodating. I was confident that Hershey was being well taken care of throughout my trip which was a huge relief. Will definitely contact Ryan again in the future when looking for somewhere to leave Hershey.”

“Meghan and Rebecca are amazing! I am always a little nervous leaving River, but after a meet and greet with Meghan and Rebecca, I felt 100% confident that they would take the best care of her. River must’ve had SO much fun because she didn’t want to leave and was worn out when she got home. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you so much!!”

“Sean was amazing! He was a great communicator and sent lots of pictures and updates. Will definitely be booking with him again in the future :)”

“Kadin, his wife, and two dogs were perfect home away from home for our two big friendly dogs. They have a big yard and two dogs who love to play, so it was a perfect match with ours! During this sit, we had a medical emergency, and they were accommodating with quick scheduling, drops offs, and everything we needed to get our dogs care during a medical crisis. We appreciate them greatly and highly recommend them to other families.”

“Hawley had a great time during her extended stay, she is an anxious dog that is not apart from us regularly but Ray and Amy made her feel at home. We got pictures and updates daily. Really thankful for the care!”
