Katherine was the absolute best pet sitter! Being new to Colorado, my family had no one to watch our furbabies while we were away for a two-week vacation. We had never used a sitting service before and I can safely say we will be booking Katherine again for future vacations! She was responsive, caring, and thorough. Our kitties warmed right up to her and we got the cutest pictures while away. Katherine also made sure our cameras stayed positioned properly so we could check on them between visits (because you know they became a toy). I didn’t have to stress while we were away and meeting her beforehand to ensure she was a good fit solidified the confidence.
Audrey responded quickly to a late request and was available both days for a drop-in walk / play time with my senior dog Cooper. I received an update when she arrived and when she left. My dog was happy when I got home - just 30’ with her and he was content while I was away working. Thank you Audrey!

Heather was absolutely wonderful with my cats while I was out of town for a week! She took such great care of them, kept their bowls clean, made sure they were well cared for, and sent me pictures every single day. She was reliable, caring, communicative, and clearly treated my cats like her own. Esme was willing to watch our cat, Eevee, last-minute during a holiday weekend, and she did a great job! Eevee got lots of pets and playtime in, and we enjoyed looking at the pictures Esme took. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
