“Karen was a God send for my babies and I. I had to leave for a trip last minute and she had availability. She came over to meet the cats, learn the set up and was through with taking pictures and keeping me updated on their care. It’s hard enough leaving my little loves behind, but it was relieving to know they were being cared for and loved on.”

“Rayanne took great care of my kitties while we were away. She even took the extra step of washing the food bowls and watering our plants for us. She was very responsive and easy to work with, I highly recommend.”

“Ashley checked on our cat while we were away for christmas and she did a lovely job. He was well taken care of and she provided detailed updates of his care with lots of pictures. She also took in our packages :)”

“Sydney did a wonderful job taking care of my senior kitty. She took lots of videos and pictures and spent time playing with him. I was nervous about leaving him home as I usually bring him with me on trips. I felt he was in very good hands with Sydney!”

“Kendrick is the best! He watched our animals and walked our dogs while we were out of the country for a week, and he made everything so easy and stress-free. I even realized as our flight was taking off that I forgot to book the first day (totally my mistake) and he responded right away and was able to take care of our dog without any issue. He also brought in packages for us which we appreciated. We always feel completely comfortable leaving our animals in his care. He’s reliable, communicative, and genuinely cares about our pets. Highly recommend!”

“Kyla was an exceptional cat + house sitter while we were abroad on vacation for 2.5 weeks. She’s very autonomous and independent which made it so much easier for us to relax on vacation, and she kept us informed with each visit about both our cats and our home. She was kind to bring in our mail each day, give affection to our cats, change their litter bags, provide treats, clean up after them, tidy the space, and even refill the bird bath on our deck so that the local birds wouldn’t stop visiting or lose access to their water source. Most impressively, Kyla was the first person to ever make our highly skittish and feral cat feel comfortable to come out from hiding and get a treat! She’s a 7/8yo cat and has never made progress with anyone before—no former sitters, friends, or even family who’ve stayed with us for days at a time. I was so surprised to see the pic of our kitty accepting a treat and coming out from under the couch or in the closet! We usually don’t even hear any updates for this cat when we are away, and former sitters just ask us to check the camera we set out to make sure she’s alive and well, so it was nice that Kyla was able to verify both our cats were healthy and happy while we were gone. Our shy cat clearly felt safe with Kyla and it made it much easier to be away from her in particular knowing she was able to get some attention when she hasn’t in the past from other sitters. Our other cat is the opposite and is wild and obsessed with attention, she’s a Velcro cat, and Kyla was able to give her lots of love too. Kyla is a responsible and reliable sitter, I’d highly recommend her caretaking services, and I will definitely reach out to her again in the future for more trips.”

“This was my first time using Rover and I was so nervous leaving my special needs cat with someone I didn’t know. Butters requires a few oral meds and doesn’t do well with strangers. When I met Laurie, I immediately knew it would be a great fit. She was patient with Butters throughout her check ins, and he warmed up to her almost immediately. The photo updates were amazing to have, and it was such a relief to know she was taking care of Butters. I will absolutely be reaching out to her for pet sitting again in the future, and highly recommend her to anyone!”

“Nicole did such a great job with my cat Rocky, he would come to the door and greet her. Everything was kept clean, he was well fed and got lots of love and as much affection as he’d allow. She so great, Rocky and I are having her back for a few more days over Christmas. Thank you Nicole! You are our person!”

“Diego took great care of our cat! He can be high maintenance so we greatly appreciated the updates, photos, and communication that Diego kept with us while we were away. Thanks Diego!”
“Ashley was great! Very quick to respond when my usual sitter didn’t get back to me, always on time, left me good notes and plenty of pictures and videos to enjoy. My cat really seemed to like her. Will definitely book again”

“Tonya was a tremendous help looking after our cats during our trip. She was very easy to communicate with, responding quickly to our questions and concerns. We highly recommend her as a pet sitter who will ensure your pets are treated with care and attention.”
“Ashlyn was great with our cats! She understood our instructions easily, even brought in packages (that I forgot to ask about). One of our cats had a nervous stomach and kept vomiting every morning, and she cleaned it up and notified me each time. Ashlyn was respectful and kept open communication, even sat with our sick kitty for longer to make sure he’d keep his food down. I look forward to working with her again and highly recommend her :)”

“Barry is there very best - he clearly has a gift for caring for and understanding animals. His communication was superb and I felt so comfortable leaving our senior/high needs cat with him. We absolutely plan to use his services again.”

“JuliAnne cleaned up a huge accident in my pup's crate. I would consider that going above and beyond the call of duty. She even messaged the next day to check on my pup! JuliAnne is very attentive and communicates very well!”

“Olivia went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and my little guy got everything he needed. Her level of communication is very impressive. I absolutely love her and she will be our sitter moving forward. Highly recommend!!!”

“Gladys always does as an excellent job. This is the second time I've asked her to look after my babies and they're always well taken care of and well loved when I return. Will absolutely use Gladys again 😊”

“Cole is always reliable & kind to my animals. Cole makes me feel comfortable leaving my cat at home in a safe place. I highly recommend him for your cat and dog needs. I could not be happier with Rover and Cole. Thank you for the excellent service again! Much appreciated! You're the Best Cole. Very grateful we found you!”

Cottonwood cat parents share their Rover experiences
Kyla was communicative, reliable, and so pleasant to work with. This was our first time leaving our cat, and she truly eased my guilt and anxiety by keeping me updated and taking great care of our girl. I would absolutely recommend Kyla to friends and wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again whenever we’re out of town.

Ms. Karen is like hitting the lottery in pet sitters. It’s so hard to find good and genuine people especially when it comes to caring for cats. My heart breaks when I have to leave town but I find comfort and joy in knowing they are getting the best care and attention in my absence.
