JuliAnne was kind, genuine and took great care of my pups. This was our first time with her, but definitely won't be our last! She was communicative and flexible with drop off and pick up and made us feel at ease. It is always tough to leave our dogs, but felt like they were in great hands with the right person.
I have nothing but good things to say about Emily! I appreciated the meet and greet beforehand to make sure our dogs got along, and the communication was excellent throughout the stay. She sent photos and updates, and it was clear our dog was happy! Knowing she was in such good hands gave us peace of mind. We hope to use Emily again.
We are so grateful that we boarded our dog with Barbara for a week. We have a senior dog and searched Rover profiles carefully to find the right match. We also had more than one Rover Meet/Greet. Barbara was the ONLY pet sitter who asked questions about our dog (personality, habits, etc),who requested confirmation of industry standard vaccinations that all dogs should have whether kept as a single or with other dogs, and who allowed time for her to get to know our dog and for us to get to know her. Her boarding provided a large fenced space for our dog to play and explore. She also sent photos as requested. Our favorite photo was a "doggie blur" of our Lil' senior dog having a blast running with a new found furry friend. Barbara has a system in place that allows her to provide a safe and loving environment for your furry family member. We would definitely recommend her and use her services again!
Kip and Kathleen were amazing with our two dogs! We got tons of updates while we were out of town which we appreciated and we could tell our pups were well loved and cared for with them which is all any pet owner can hope for. The pups came home nice and tired which is always a sign of a good time :) You can count on your pups being in good hands with Kip and Kathleen and we will definitely book them again in the future!
