Our first stay with Amy & Ray. It was a flawless exceptional experience! We did a meet and greet which was great. They took a very thorough care intake information. We received daily (10 days) updates with fun pictures/videos! It is very evident they both genuinely LOVE DOGS!! We look forward to them caring for Blue in the future!
Juliet was very understanding and accommodating with Cashmera. I made a mistake and didn’t update her profile, so she was expecting a much smaller dog, but when we did the meet and greet and she realized Cashmera is around 100 pounds, she still agreed to take her in. She was upfront about usually only taking small dogs since she has small dogs and cats, which I really appreciated. While I didn’t receive many pictures throughout the day, she did send updates when I asked. Most importantly, Cashmera was comfortable with her and seemed to enjoy her stay. It’s clear that Juliet is willing to take on new challenges and step up when someone really needs their pet cared for. I’m grateful for her flexibility and care, and I would definitely recommend her.
Lisa was great! Friendly, very professional, boundaried, trustworthy, not the over zealous “take any dog” type - which I deeply respect. I loved her daily updates from the dogs which meant a lot to me to receive while on a busy work trip. I have an unruly husky with a big personality who sometimes like to take herself on solo walks aka make a run for it, Lisa clear and firm energy felt easy for me to trust that the dogs would be kept safe.
I loved having Ryan and his wife take care of our dog, Gabby. This was our first time using Rover so we were nervous. Ryan and his wife offered to meet in person at their house first. They were both super sweet, kind, and reassuring. I don’t think I’ve ever met two people who love dogs as much as they do. During Gabby’s stay we got many messages, pictures and videos. Ryan’s wife even crocheted Gabby a sweater. I would 100% recommend Ryan for any of your pet’s needs. We will definitely be using him again. Thanks, Ryan!
