We were impressed that Crystal had a dog crate, food and water bowls, toys and other pet supplies to make her furry friends feel at home. Nova injured herself by breaking a nail literally on the car ride to Katie’s. When we arrived, she had a wrapped up paw, a cone of shame and instructions from the emergency vet who we had just rushed to see. Katie didn’t even blink! She was so supportive and ready to pivot to help Nova have a comfortable visit. We are so grateful. As always, great communication and great care. Nova can’t wait to stay with Jeffy again!

Kirstin was absolutely wonderful with our two dogs! She was a fantastic communicator throughout the entire stay and kept us updated with plenty of pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. I have great peace of mind when my Chihuahua is in Barbara’s care. He has stayed with her several times before and always comes home happy. Her ranch-style house and fenced back yard are perfectly suited to caring for dogs. I highly recommend her to other pet parents.

As always, Eric and his wife are the best! We got stuck in the airport overnight due to airport delays and then a missed flight as a result. They were very accommodating and allowed us to extend our stay another day with them. They sent frequent photos throughout our trip and have always been a pleasure to work with.
