Let me be your part-time "Pet Mom"
I've been a "dog mom" since before I was a mom and my husband & I are empty-nesters now. When we lost our beloved dog to old age, I just really missed having animals in my life. We like to travel, so we didn't want to get another full-time pet right away, so I thought, "What can I do?" Well, I can care for YOUR pet(s)! I would dearly love to be your pet's fill-in Mom when you are unavailable. If you need to leave for a day or for longer, & you want to give your pet(s) a safe, comfortable place to stay, I'm here for you! I only take in dogs from one family at a time, so you don't have to worry about other pets at my house. I can also give your pets (cats too!) the same personal attention in the comfort of your own home with drop-in visits. Wherever we are, all the animals that I care for get loved like they are my own. ❤️

Lisa was great with my Australian Shepherd, Ranger! She sent so many pictures and updates, I never had to worry about if he was okay or having a good time. He had never stayed a single night away from us so it was so nice to know that he was with a family who welcomed him as much as she did!
Lisa was very communicative and patient with my dog. She has a beautiful home and backyard that my dog loved during his stay.
Lisa was great with Pippi - took wonderful care of her, sent lots of updates and pictures. Easy drop off and pickup. I felt comfortable while away knowing she was in kind, capable hands.
I have a fearful labrador doberman mix and he did very well with Lisa. Her calm energy and confidence gained my pups trust quickly. Highly recommend her! She provided the service exactly as requested and agreed to!

Schedule
I don't have another job outside the home, so I am usually home during the day. I have plenty of time to spend with my visiting pets. But please respect my time when giving pick-up and drop-off times, try to limit them to within an hour.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog(s) will be the only pets at my house, and they will generally have the run of the place. Although there are dogs in my neighbors' yards, they are separated by a tall wood fence.
A typical day
I live in a quiet neighborhood near Fox Hill Park, which is great for walks. My backyard is large and completely fenced. It's a fun, safe place for dogs to run & play!
