From the moment we met her, it was clear how loving, calm, and genuinely caring she is — and her wonderful family made the experience even more special. Throughout the stay, Carolina consistently sent photos and thoughtful updates that gave me so much peace of mind. She was incredibly responsive anytime I checked in, and I never once worried about how my dogs were doing because I could tell they were being treated like family. What really stood out to me was Carolina’s kindness and grace when one of my dogs chewed up one of her plants. She was unbelievably understanding, reassuring, and never made me feel bad about it. On top of that, I had accidentally miscalculated the amount of food I left, and without hesitation she went out and bought more food herself to make sure my dogs were completely taken care of. That level of care, patience, and generosity is rare. You can tell Carolina genuinely loves animals and treats them as if they were her own. My dogs came home happy, relaxed, and clearly very loved. If you are considering booking with Carolina — don’t walk, RUN. She is an absolute gem, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.”
