We didn’t want to board him at a pet centre but instead wanted a more personalised care from someone who love pets. Nicole provided regular updates and not only took Peekoo for walks and daily chores but also when needed went beyond the call of duty by giving him a bath. Found some info initially via Google and ended up with a response from Karen using this app. From that first response all the way through the entire process, Karen has kept me in the loop and immediately responded to anything I had. Karen went above and beyond anything I expected with her care for my sweet Nia. Amazing person and loved and cared for Nia like her own Izzy. Made Nia part of their family for the weekend and sent me awesome updates with pics and videos. I was at ease knowing Nia was in perfect hands. Karen and her family are pretty amazing.
