About: I have grown up with dogs since I was a baby. My parents had 3 dogs on and off throughout my childhood and now I have 3 rescues of my own. I am happily married to my husband of 14 years, and we have 4 children and 3 dogs together. I am a caretaker by nature. Our oldest dog is a Pomeranian, who is a senior dog. I put diapers on her and tuck her into her doggy bed nightly. My second dog is chihuahua mutt and she sleeps in my 13 year old son's bed each night. Lastly, we adopted a Pomsky last year, and he sleeps in bed with my husband and me, or in the couch in our room. I have multiple dog beds throughout my house with blankets to make your dog feel warm, safe and comfortable. My dogs literally go inside and outside to my large backyard all day because I work from home and my two teenage sons do online school at home and are always around to help. My dogs also get walked during the day by my sons and myself. We have a whole house water filtration system, so your dogs will also be drinking filtered water while on their vacation at my house. :) Oh, and I have dog toys your dog will be sure to love! ** I prefer to watch the dogs in my own home, rather than your home. I do not know how to get that section off of my profile. I work from home so I am home all day to let your dogs inside and outside and to be with them and love on them. When the weather is nice, I leave my sliding back door open so my 3 rescues dogs can literally go inside and outside all day long. I would also be around to help out and care for and walk your dogs during the day and in the evenings. I am eager and excited to walk your dogs and love on them. We have a very nice sized fenced in backyard. We have 3 sweet rescue dogs, who get along with all other dogs. They would love to keep your doggy company. Your dog(s) will feel comfortable and safe with the dog beds we have throughout our home. We would also allow your dog(s) on our furniture because we have pet blankets on them to keep it sanitary and clean with weekly washings. We also have a medium sized dog crate on our main floor, which is available to all dogs who feel safe in a crate. We also have a smaller crate available for smaller dogs on the main floor.

About: Not only do I have a B.S. in Zoology; I have experience caring for dogs, cats, small animals, fish, birds, reptiles, horses, and even wildlife in varying capacity! This does include special-needs animals as well. I am comfortable giving medications as well and I currently possess a Fear Free Shelters certification. I'm working on getting a new job, but in the meantime I can provide help as needed and for basically any animals. I can work around you! Aside from basic food, water, and relieving themselves, I do try to make sure pets are walked/played with to some degree so they learn I am a safe person and to make sure they have fun! “We had a great experience with Emilee! At the time of our booking she was new to Rover (as were we!), but you never would have guessed it. She was very professional, responsible, organized, and personable - you would have thought she’d done this hundreds of times already! We started with a meet and greet where she asked great questions about our dog and allowed him to get comfortable with her and her space which was very helpful to us all. During the stay she was communicative and sent lots of updates and photos. They played, exercised, and she gave him lots of love and attention. I appreciated that Emilee works from home so I know she was with my dog the majority of the time. He was very well taken care of which is all we could have asked for. She sent him home with clean bowls, all his things organized well, and a nice note too 😊 I will definitely book with Emilee again!”
