“Sarah just completed a house sitting job for me, and I was blown away by her dedication, professionalism, thoroughness, caring attitude, and so many other things that make her absolutely wonderful! I was really in a bind because my usual house sitter had to cancel plans to stay with my two canine babies for a recent trip I couldn't cancel. I hadn't had any luck with Rover in the past, so I wasn't keen on coming back here. I'm so glad I did, otherwise I wouldn't have found Sarah! I could tell that she doesn't just see this as a job to complete and then get paid. It's obvious Sarah genuinely cares about the well being of the pets she takes care of. Not only that, she is so respectful of the owners and continually demonstrates ways to maintain trust and a good relationship with her clients--both the human and non-human ones in the household. :) My dogs are the most important things in my life, and Sarah understood that from the beginning. Even though her in- house pet sitting with my dogs would be for a very brief period, she still invested time for a couple of visits with us beforehand. That eased my anxiety about leaving my babies with a new person. It showed me that she was committed to providing stellar service from the beginning, and her high caliber of services isn't based on the amount of money she's going to make on the job. Every client is important. Sarah just went above and beyond with every responsibility while I was away. She continuously provided me with pictures and status updates. She took the dogs for long walks (which they love) and made sure to practice the training techniques I had been working on with them. She was constantly observant of each of their behaviors/actions and conveyed them to me in the status updates she provided. Not only that, she did a great job of keeping my house and yard well maintained. My only concern with Sarah is that I think my dogs now like her more than they like me!! I think they were slightly disappointed when I walked through the door upon my return, and not her. :) :) :) I thank my lucky stars for finding Sarah!! (Speaking of stars, I wish I could give her more than 5/5 for the work she did for me!)”
