About: After a walk with me your dog will be tired out! I am an active person who has a golden of my own that requires a lot of exercise. I am outside with her everyday taking her on new adventures and would love for other pups to join us, if they’re friendly and you’re okay with it of course! I have a flexible schedule working from home and years of experience with all different types of dogs in different environments. Growing up with a rescue dog I learned how to care for her throughout all stages of her life up to her senior years. My current golden, Luna, is great with other dogs and always brings the fun and energy. I currently have a very flexible work from home schedule. This allows me to be able to take your dog for a walk or pop in for a house visit anytime of the day that works best for you! I work Monday - Friday and am around most weekends as well. I currently live in a home with a fenced in yard so your pup can run around free. About: In addition to always having multiple family cats and dogs growing up (small and large breeds), I was a regular dog sitter/walker during my college years before Rover even existed for a few clients in the West Loop. One dog had torn its ACL, and I had to do physical therapy and administer medication, so I’m familiar with special needs. I also raised a beagle from a puppy in my previous relationship so great with puppy care as well. I am an active individual that loves taking dogs for long walks and to the park as well as playing with toys in the house/backyard! I have taken professional dog training classes at both Found Chicago and Bark Avenue which has taught me a great deal more about dog behavior and response. I absolutely love puppers and I would love to help take care of yours! I used to rescue cats way back when but now sadly I can’t because my husband is allergic. Let me pet yours? Currently, I work a pretty flexible hybrid office schedule which allows me to come home at lunch to take your pup out. Any other questions, just ask! I work from home full-time and pretty much make my own hours during the week, which allows me to break away for walks and playtime. I am currently raising my Goldendoodle puppy Alma, so already mastered juggling the two and have a great routine. I live in a single family home in Chaffee Park with a fenced-in backyard and about a five minute walk to a big park off Zuni. I also have a Ring security system, a car and a crate if needed. Your dog will be monitored and cared for 100% of the time they are in my home. I am very responsive by phone/text and will send photos of your fur baby because I know how much that is appreciated.

Kailey was absolutely wonderful! She stayed with our cat Manna for 10 days while we were out of town, and we couldn't have asked for a better sitter. She's fully remote, so she was home with him most of the day, which is exactly what he needs since he's a super cuddly boy who loves company. Kailey sent us photos and updates every day, and it was clear Manna was happy, relaxed, and well cared for. She kept up with his feeding, litter, and playtime, and by the end of the stay he was sleeping in her room and following her around like they'd been friends forever. This was our first time using Maggie as a sitter. She rescued us at the last minute because the other sitter canceled. I started a search for a replacement at 10:30 at night, Maggie responded and, by midnight, we scheduled a Meet and Greet for 1pm the next day. She let me know when she was on her way and arrived promptly. She met Chat, the cat, asked great questions about his food and schedule and about the house since she would be staying for 4 days. Maggie also communicated her own schedule. She sent daily pictures of Chat. The house was tidy when I returned and Chat was safe and happy. So grateful for Maggie saving my vacation at the last minute and doing a fine job. We will definitely request Maggie in the future!
We are so grateful for Cameron! Our little Chloe had gotten severe allergies just a week before he had to come to our home and watch and take care of her. He had to administer three different medications multiple times a day. Also monitor her reactions, etc. Also, we had to change our trip and timeframe. He was very flexible. Cameron was very detailed and left notes and did a spreadsheet for us on administering the medication‘s times. He went above and beyond we are so grateful. We will definitely be booking him again.
