I like to let the dog/cat tell me what level of interaction they prefer. Some are completely happy and easy immediately, and others take time and patience to warm up to a stranger. I have plenty of experience with both.

I have taken care of my own pets and dog sat for others for years. I was a foster parent for a greyhound rescue group for quite a few years. I have had many senior pups and am aware of the extra special care they need and deserve. To me, furbabies are part of the family.

Rachael was a PRO! When we did our meet and greet, she immediately put me at ease with her experience and clear connection with my pup and her overall care for animals. I’m super sensitive to my dog’s tummy health and when my dog was feeling sick just before we left, she truly went above and beyond! 🪽 She was incredibly accommodating and our house was like she was never even here. Thanks Rachael!

Rachael is amazing. We love how she keeps in touch, is willing to do those extra things like let the lawn man in, as well as any maintenance people. Those, of course, are extra niceties; she takes incredibly good care of our precious Leia which is above all the most important thing. We have already booked her for our next adventure.
