We had an excellent experience with our Zoey! She took wonderful care of our pup and kept us updated with photos and text messages throughout our trip, which gave us great peace of mind. She even double-checked our return time to ensure our dog was cared for until the very last moment. This is my first time using any app like Rover to find someone to watch over my dogs. My older dog gets very anxious whenever I leave the house, and this was the first time my dogs were watched by someone outside our family. I am so blessed to have found Rachel, who was wonderful with our two dogs, and overall very trustworthy. She stayed at our house, walked the dogs daily, and gave them lots of constant attention. We were very nervous about the whole Rover concept. But we had a trip planned and our friends that were supposed to watch our sweet pup had to cancel on us two weeks prior to our trip. Our neighbors have used Rover and said they would suggest we look for a match for our girl so we did the homework. We found Kasey and did a meet and greet and felt a lot more at ease with the idea of leaving with her. Kasey was very warm with our pup and our pup responded to her very well.
