About: I love animals and have had them my whole life, they get me and I get them I have lots of experience pet setting for friends and family, along with years of professional experience at camp bow wow. Over the years I've got to hang out with so many different types of awesome animals so I have experience with all sizes of dogs and I dont get intimidated by the big or aggressive ones and on the flip side, I've also spent a lot of time with smaller animals such as cats, birds and bunnies. I will treat your animals with the same amount of love and compassion I treat mine with. Giving them the best care possible thats my guarantee 🐕❤️🐈 My schedule is very flexible. I am most likely able to help when needed, whether it's staying overnight or just to let them out or just to play around and get some of there energy out 😁 I see pets the same way I see people they need. Love attention they need to play and they need to feel comfortable, I've always had a way of connecting with animals
“Grant is extremely reliable and takes amazing care of our pup! He always takes great pics and we take comfort in knowing our pup is in good hands. We are so thankful we found him!”

“Enecia is always available when I need her short notice and readily available when I had to extend dates. She provides great updates and pictures. Georgie enjoys her drop-ins!”

About: I’ve had dogs since I was a kid. I have two dogs of my own and I love them with all my heart. I just raised a puppy this year and I have plenty of experience handling strong and difficult dogs, including escape artists. I will give your dog the care, attention, and exercise it needs to be healthy and happy. I am available to walk your dog in the morning before 7AM during the week, and on my hour long lunch breaks when I work from home on Tuesday and Thursday. Saturday and Sunday I am available all day. My dogs are crate trained so I am familiar and comfortable with doing that if needed. I am active and healthy so any exercise that your dog needs, I can happily do.
“Needed someone to take my dogs out while I was at work, and Sarah was fantastic! She was very patient with my anxious/timid dog which was much appreciated and was very accommodating to a changing schedule. Would recommend to anyone needing someone to look after their pups!”

“Kelly was great. She came to look after my cat over the holidays when I was away, and I knew he was in good hands with her. She took plenty of pictures of them playing and gave me status updates that everything was ok. On the last day, there was an issue with my furnace and she let me know right away and offered to come back and make sure everything was ok, which put my mind at ease. That was something she didn't have to do, but went the extra step to make the experience a little less stressful for me. I would highly recommend her and would definitely use her again in the future.”

About: My name is Bre, and I am a 23 year old dental hygiene college student! I have been watching my friends and family's dogs since I was 16 and I adore it! I have experience with elderly and blind dogs, and dogs of all sizes. I have my own very anxious dog, so I know how important it is that she feels safe and cared for when my family isn't around - that's why I treat every dog I watch as if they were my own❤️ I go to school 5 days a week, but Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays are half-days for me at the moment. For Tuesdays and Wednesdays, it's more difficult for me to provide frequent potty breaks for dogs. However, weekends I am able to be there all day or as needed! As I have my own dog, I prefer pet-sitting for animals in their own homes. I am able to spend time with animals in any way they need, whether that be taking them on walks or just providing company and watching TV together!
“Maggie has been awesome with our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy! From the very beginning she has been quick at responding and answering any questions. She arrived every day at our scheduled time, sent pictures and information on his various activities, and updated us when necessary to anything extra we may have needed to know. We will definitely use her again in the future!”

About: I’ve had 20+ years of animal care experience, with my own pets and helping family and friends with theirs. Our pets are a big part of our family. We have an Aussie, Maple. I’m a stay at home mom to our 2 kids under 5, who are also big animal lovers! I’ll give your fur babies as much time and love as they need. Send a booking request with any special accommodations! I look forward to meeting and caring for your pups! I’m a stay at home mom so I have open availability usually throughout the week and on weekends. Having a dog myself, I’m used to the basic routine of pet needs. I have a fenced in backyard and live in a walkable neighborhood. Our home is child-proofed so in turn is also safe for curious animals. We have separate areas for our children’s toys.

“Julie is fabulous! She’s great at communicating and shows that she truly cares. She’s punctual and detailed in her report cards with many pictures. I would definitely recommend Julie to a friend or family member .”

I’m a work-from-home mom, which means your dog receives consistent supervision, attention, and care throughout the day. We have a friendly Lab/Golden mix we adopted 3.5 years ago. He is very submissive, gentle, and gets along well with dogs of all sizes, even small dogs. To ensure everyone’s safety and comfort, **I require a meet-and-greet prior to booking so we can confirm our dogs are a good fit.** Daily care includes regular walks, structured playtime, and plenty of one-on-one attention, along with downtime for rest and cuddles. I carefully follow all feeding and care instructions and prioritize safety at all times. My 9-year-old son is part of our dog-loving household and is gentle, respectful, and experienced around dogs we’ve cared for. **Dogs staying in our home must be comfortable and friendly with children.** I provide regular photo and text updates, so you always know how your dog is doing while you’re away. 🏡 A Good Fit for Our Home: •Dogs must be child-friendly and non-aggressive •Meet & greet required prior to booking •Up-to-date vaccinations & flea/tick prevention •House-trained (or discussed in advance if not) •Clear feeding/medication instructions •Owner-provided food preferred •Crate-trained welcome (crate provided by owner) My goal is a safe, calm, and happy stay for every dog. Hope to hear from you soon! Because I’m a stay-at-home/work-from-home mom, pet care is woven into my daily routine. “Stella seems happy and no issues with the apartment. Jonathon saved me after my previous sitter ended up having to cancel, so thanks for the quick responses and taking good care of Stella”

“Rachel was great taking care of our two cats while we were away. We were so thankful for all the attention they were given. Vacation was so much nicer without worrying about them the whole time! Thank you Rachel!”

“Amy was THE best! She truly went above and beyond to take extra care with our special needs senior. Anxiety exacerbates our pups illness and, thankfully, we had zero issues. I have no doubt that is a direct result of Amy's attention to detail in regards to our girl's needs.”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and have cared for several at a time, so juggling routines and personalities comes naturally. Today, we share our home with an 8-year-old Goldendoodle who keeps me smiling. We have had puppies to Senior dogs and understand everything that entails. Because I work from home most days, I’m able to give pets plenty of time and attention throughout the day. I have a flexible schedule that allows to be around the majority of the day if needed. Our home has a secure, fenced-in yard for safe outdoor time. We also have a friendly Goldendoodle who enjoys playtime and does well with other dogs, making our home a comfortable and social environment for visiting pets.

About: I have grown up with dogs all of my life and have enjoyed the happiness they bring to people’s lives. I like positive reinforcement. And love playing fetch in the yard or tug of war. I’m available every morning until 1:00pm with the exception of Wednesday’s, and am available most Fridays and Saturdays. I am very aware that dogs need attention during the day and that’s hard to do with either multiple jobs or a full-time job and a family. I would love to help ease that burden for you and your pup! I’m an easy-going, fun guy who knows and understands what an impact animals can have on a person and their healing powers. They make us happy, let’s keep them happy as well!

Danielle and Jackson are the best! They took such good care of Zeus while we were away for the weekend. It was a short trip so we just had drop-ins, but Zeus still got plenty of walks, flippy time, hugs, and attention. The updates with pictures were fun to receive too! Zeus and his family highly recommend this sweet couple. 😊

Madeline was super pleasant and calm with my girl Zoey! She enjoyed long walks and seemed very happy upon my return from vacation her communication was amazing and always sent photos and updates while remaining very respectful! We will be using her again if she will have us!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
