About: In addition to always having multiple family cats and dogs growing up (small and large breeds), I was a regular dog sitter/walker during my college years before Rover even existed for a few clients in the West Loop. One dog had torn its ACL, and I had to do physical therapy and administer medication, so I’m familiar with special needs. I also raised a beagle from a puppy in my previous relationship so great with puppy care as well. I am an active individual that loves taking dogs for long walks and to the park as well as playing with toys in the house/backyard! I have taken professional dog training classes at both Found Chicago and Bark Avenue which has taught me a great deal more about dog behavior and response. I absolutely love puppers and I would love to help take care of yours! I used to rescue cats way back when but now sadly I can’t because my husband is allergic. Let me pet yours? Currently, I work a pretty flexible hybrid office schedule which allows me to come home at lunch to take your pup out. Any other questions, just ask! I work from home full-time and pretty much make my own hours during the week, which allows me to break away for walks and playtime. I am currently raising my Goldendoodle puppy Alma, so already mastered juggling the two and have a great routine. I live in a single family home in Chaffee Park with a fenced-in backyard and about a five minute walk to a big park off Zuni. I also have a Ring security system, a car and a crate if needed. Your dog will be monitored and cared for 100% of the time they are in my home. I am very responsive by phone/text and will send photos of your fur baby because I know how much that is appreciated.
