About: Dogs have been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’m a longtime dog owner and have been actively involved in foster care for the past two years, so I’m comfortable getting to know dogs with very different personalities, ages, and needs. I have experience with everything from playful, high-energy dogs to older dogs who need a little more patience and attention. I’m comfortable following detailed feeding, exercise, and care instructions and am happy to keep your dog’s normal routine as consistent as possible while you’re away. I’m also a nurse, with years of experience caring for people who need close observation and medication management. I’m very comfortable administering medications by multiple routes, including injections, and I’m accustomed to noticing subtle changes in behavior or condition and communicating concerns promptly. Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy dogs. I love getting to know their individual personalities, whether that means a long walk, playing in the yard, a game of fetch, or simply letting them curl up next to me on the couch! Dogs staying with me are welcome throughout my home and are absolutely allowed on the furniture and bed. ❤️ I want them to feel comfortable and included rather than confined to one area of the house. Through my foster experience, I’ve learning to be especially attentive to safety and to each dog’s individual needs. I’ll follow your instructions regarding feeding, medications, exercise, sleeping arrangements and anything else that helps your dog feel at home. I also love sending photos and updates so you know how your pup is doing while you’re away. My goal is simple: your dog should be safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re with me!
