“Nancy was wonderful with our dogs. She was very organized and professional. I was impressed during the meet and greet wrote down all the details ahead of time so we did not need to leave instructions. Our Border Collie (who is very picky with who she likes) took to Nancy right away. We will continue to use Nancy to care for our pups whenever the need arises. Thank you for making our time away from our dogs a little easier.”

“Another amazing experience with Isaac. He’s very communicative, on time, and goes above and beyond. He’s our go-to and our doggo is so much more happy when we go on a trip with Isaac taking care of him than he ever was at a boarding kennel.”

“Very grateful for Cory & Joanna! Our pups love them and we can always trust them to provide top quality care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!”

“My first time using River and Annette was great! Received updates daily to include pictures. Thank you, Annette, for taking great care of Gemini. Will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“Grace was amazing to work with! She was communicative and sent lots of updates! My dogs loved being with her and were happy and healthy when we returned home.”

About: Hi my name is Michelle! I am a young professional living around the Southlands Mall area. Pet sitting is a fun side gig for me, because I really enjoy animals and helping people. I would be happy to help take care of your furry family members. I have worked with dogs of all ages and sizes, each with unique care plans. I also have taken care of cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, mice, hamsters, and chickens. I have been pet sitting for families in the Denver metro area for over 7 years through word of mouth mostly and just pick up pet care opportunities occasionally from Rover.com. I have several references if you need them. I work from home, which allows me the flexibility to take them to the dog park or on walks a few times a day. I am happy to play fetch or even run them if they are really high energy. If you have Wi-Fi I am happy to house sit. I have worked with dogs of all ages. Some who were blind and deaf. A few with diabetes. I have no issues with providing them with the extra T&C they need whether it’s meds, grooming, help walking, or just cuddles.

“Stefanie was great. She was quick to respond and took the time to come meet our dog prior to actually coming out for the service. Every day she left a thorough review of what they did and took great pictures. She took the time to play with him and by the time we got home, he was good a spent. I highly recommend her and will use her again”

“Shina was quite helpful. She also was able to help me on Christmas day. She took my dog to the neighborhood dog park and played ball with him. The pic looked like my dog enjoyed it.”
About: I have had dogs of all kinds for most of my life and I have taken care of dogs from small to big. I have done a lot of in-home dog sitting because I want your dog to feel safe and be in surroundings that they know especially since I am a stranger to them. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
