“My 1 year old lab took to Alexandrea right away! She spent 1 hour walking my pup while I had a long day at work and I came home to a happy, not stressed, pup. I will definitely book her again!”

About: I’ve had my tortie, Mia, for about 5 years now since she was 6 months old! She’s my cuddly companion, although she can be moody so I’m comfortable taking care of animals who may be a bit more shy with strangers. My fiancé adopted a puppy in March 2024, and I’ve been helping raise her as well for the past 2 years. It’s been a fun journey, and I’d love to watch your little ones! I’ve had family dogs for a long time, and can take care of our elderly friends too. Friends have entrusted me to housesit and watch their pets, and now I’m looking to help out in the community! Let’s chat and see if I’m a good fit for your furry friend! I currently work a 4x10; Monday-Wednesday and Saturdays. I am available all day Thursday, Friday, and Sunday as well as evenings on the remaining days. I take the puppy out in the early hours of the morning so I’m used to waking up early to let our furry friends use the bathroom! Our pup would love to make new friends and play with your little one to keep them company! Mia, my cat, has trusted me to take care of her for the past 5 years, so you can too! I like to go on long walks with the dogs if needed, and I’m close to a dog park if they like to play with others.
“With schedule changes, our pup was being left home alone for long stretches during the day. We did not want our dog to be alone for that long, so we decided to look into a dog walker. We found Cory & Joanna on Rover and instantly clicked. They have been walking our pup daily for the last two weeks and are doing a great job! They are reliable, their communication is great, and we get daily reports and photos reassuring us that our dog is being well taken care of.”

“We liked Isaac very much. He was always on time, exercised our dog well by running with him, not just walking. His report cards were detailed and fun to read. Most importantly, the dog was happy and tired. We’ll definitely use Isaac’s services in the future. Thank you, Isaac!”

“Amaya made quick friends with my high-energy dog, Willow. She helped alleviate some of my separation anxiety as someone seeking their first dog sitter, and made sure my dog had a chance to get outside to do her business.”

“Traci came through for me super last minute when my appointment went long today! So thankful she was able to hop up and get king outside on a walk. She sent updates and a picture! So dependable!”

“Henry really saved our bacon. We've been in the process of moving and I broke my toe. Henry helped us walk our boy so he wouldn't get bored or anxious. Henry was very communicative and kind (both to us and our pup. Our boy could not wait for Henry to walk him. Thank you Henry.”

Ponderosa East dog parents share their Rover experiences
Emily is a sweetheart. My 2 puppies took to her quickly during our meet up. She walked them 3x a week while we were on vacation. She would provide a thorough report through Rover for the walk. And I received the distance they walked as well as a picture. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing my babies were well taken care of. I will definitely rebook Emily for future dates when needed.
