About: Hello - I’m Kelly! I have owned and pet sat dogs since I was 13. I have had my fair share of bad experiences with dog sitters so I decided to help the Rover community by offering my reliable services. I have experience with old/diabetic animals as well as puppies (I’m a master at potty training). My day job is remote so I have all of the time in the world to make sure your pets get the attention they need. I have gone through BarkBusters training program and have taken courses to understand the mentality of dogs (man did I used to do things backwards). Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
