I am home all day long to be with your furry loved one 24/7. I can provide frequent potty breaks, walks, and all of the attention your pet needs since this is my full time job. I am looking for either long-term set schedules or last minute scheduling. I'm flexible for last minute plans.

In my home I have a friendly dog that can keep your pet company if you wish. The dogs can easily be kept separate or a dog can be crated during the day if needed. I live in a house with separate bedrooms in case you’d prefer my dog to be separated from your pet. I also have a fenced in backyard for plenty of space to roam and play. I am happy to accommodate whatever your preferences are and treat your pet as if it were my own.

Let me know if your dog/cat has any special behaviors or needs I can account for including energy levels and what I can do to keep them happy. I can easily separate my dog in my home from your pet if that would help your pet feel more at ease and comfortable. All I need to know is the pets daily routine, any behaviors you wish for me to know (likes to chase squirrels on walks, chews up shoes when left out, if other dogs need to be avoided on walks, if your cat likes to have space, etc.), and your pets veterinary information. I’ve never had to use this, but I ask for it in case of an emergency.

I like to keep things simple when I take care of pets as to not introduce many factors to ultimately minimize any risk that could occur while I watch your pet. Usually I do regular walks daily throughout the neighborhood or a near by park if you’re comfortable with your pet getting in a car. I will keep things as simple as possible to make sure your pet is as comfortable as possible with a new person taking care of them while you’re away. If there’s more you wish for me to do with your pet I can easily accommodate.

I worked in veterinary clinics for 4 years and a dog day care for 6 months. On top of that, I’ve worked with many other animals like horses and pigs. This will be my 5th year of pet sitting through Rover. These experiences have given me the knowledge on how to properly care for a wide variety of dogs/cats/exotic pets, properly administer oral medications or injections, and understand how to make your pet comfortable. A lot of my experience includes administrations of medications (oral & injections), taking care of 25 or more animals that were in the boarding facility at the veterinary clinic, and caring for pets from puppies up to geriatric pets that need a little more patience, tenderness, and attention while under my care. I also have experience syringe feeding if your pet has special needs. I have an Australian cattle dog of my own that requires activity to stay happy, so I understand the time commitment needed for high energy/active pet.

Taylor walks and plays with our boys and seems to strike the perfect balance of playing and resting.
Taylor was amazing with our senior pup! She made sure our girl was cool enough with this summer heat and gave her lots of love! She sent us the cutest videos and pictures while we were away for a long trip and provided peace of mind so we could enjoy our vacation. We are so thankful we found Taylor and will be booking again!
