I love animals! I grew up on a farm, and our many pets included dogs, cats, lizards, hamsters, frogs and fish. I only have the space for a cat currently, but I love being around animals, taking care of them and getting to know them. I'm experienced in giving medication in the form of pills (my previous cat had cancer), and I have a flexible schedule as a freelance Chinese translator to visit and watch over your pets. Carissa was available for a last minute booking. She watched my dog, Bodhi, and my cat while I went on a short trip to California. My dog is quite self sufficient and can sleep at home as long as he is let out to pee. I am happy to announce that there were no accidents! Carissa came by the house 3 times and spent so much time with my babies. They were not mad at me when I returned - if that says anything about Carissa’s personality! 10/10 would hire again!
Carissa was amazing! She did such an amazing job communicating with me through the whole trip with lots of pictures and updates. I really felt comfortable leaving my pup with her at my house, and I really felt like she did a great job connecting with Mosby even when she was a little nervous with new people. Thank you!
Carissa is awesome! She has looked after our cat Juniper a couple of times and she always sends pictures reassuring me that June bug is doing well while we’re away. Before she started watching her for us she made sure she knew how much dry or wet food to give, how to fill up her water fountain, if she takes medication, what toys and treats she likes, and where her litter box is to clean it out. She is responsible, thorough, and an animal lover, so we definitely recommend her! ♥️🐾
Carissa is so gentle and responsible. She’s an animal lover to her core. When she’s been with my cat, she showed a deep attention to detail and you could tell that he trusted her. Carissa is reliable and trustworthy, always clean and respectful, and a great communicator. I’d trust her to watch my pets any time.

I work remotely as a freelance translator with flexible hours. I can easily work from anywhere, and I'm available during the day to visit pets.
