“Breanne and her family are amazing! Our pup loves playing with her dogs, and they are excited to see each other when we drop off. The daily pictures are also a treat to receive.”

About: I Have loved animals since I can remember and cannot wait to meet your cutie(s). I also do pets outside of cats and dogs as well just shoot me a message about them and we can discuss their price depending on their species!! I have a shitzu in my house so if you book for daycare or boarding just know that. She gets kenneled when I’m not at the house. Trying to make money so I can support myself as I just got an apartment and am starting vet school in September. I am open pretty much all the time. I can do whatever you need me to, I have tons of patience but it’s not needed when it comes to animals. I enjoy spending time with the animals and making sure all their needs are met.
“Caelin & Josh are both very kind, super communicative, and really attentive to my dog’s needs, and it gives me so much peace of mind. Theirs dogs are also the sweetest, and it’s clear they create such a good environment for all pets”

“Melody was sweet to our pups! She gave them treats throughout the day, cuddled with them, and took them on a walk! She gave us frequent updates which I appreciate and loved to see!”

“Tim and Beth were so helpful with very short notice. Our dog Fritz had a blast with their two dogs and came home happy and tired from playing in the backyard. We will certainly call on them again, should our calendar require it. I would definitely recommend them. Your dog will have a great time and come home smiling.”

About: Responsible and reliable family available for walks, drop ins and/or boarding in our home. We have two mini goldendoodles and two kids who are involved in the care, so your dog gets a full family experience. Please feel free to reach out with any questions, as we would be happy to help! We work from home, meaning flexible schedules for walks/drop in visits. When staying with us, your pet will not be alone longer than 3 hours at a time. For drop-in visits and walks at your home, we tailor the visit based on your fur baby's routine and your preferences. You will receive a detailed update after every visit. For boarding guests, we welcome 1 guest dog at a time, so your pup gets our full attention. Our home has a fully fenced yard with room to run and play. We keep active schedules that include daily walks and playtime with our pups, and your dog will never be left alone for more than 3 hours. (likely less) We do ask that boarding guests be friendly with kids and other dogs, current on vaccines, and healthy at the time of their stay. We want every visit to feel like their home away from home.
“My pup had an absolutely wonderful stay for 4 days, she came home super happy and tired out each day. They were extremely accommodating and available on short notice. 10/10 would rebook”

About: I have grown up with dogs since I was a baby. My parents had 3 dogs on and off throughout my childhood and now I have 3 rescues of my own. I am happily married to my husband of 14 years, and we have 4 children and 3 dogs together. I am a caretaker by nature. Our oldest dog is a Pomeranian, who is a senior dog. I put diapers on her and tuck her into her doggy bed nightly. My second dog is chihuahua mutt and she sleeps in my 13 year old son's bed each night. Lastly, we adopted a Pomsky last year, and he sleeps in bed with my husband and me, or in the couch in our room. I have multiple dog beds throughout my house with blankets to make your dog feel warm, safe and comfortable. My dogs literally go inside and outside to my large backyard all day because I work from home and my two teenage sons do online school at home and are always around to help. My dogs also get walked during the day by my sons and myself. We have a whole house water filtration system, so your dogs will also be drinking filtered water while on their vacation at my house. :) Oh, and I have dog toys your dog will be sure to love! ** I prefer to watch the dogs in my own home, rather than your home. I do not know how to get that section off of my profile. I work from home so I am home all day to let your dogs inside and outside and to be with them and love on them. When the weather is nice, I leave my sliding back door open so my 3 rescues dogs can literally go inside and outside all day long. I would also be around to help out and care for and walk your dogs during the day and in the evenings. I am eager and excited to walk your dogs and love on them. We have a very nice sized fenced in backyard. We have 3 sweet rescue dogs, who get along with all other dogs. They would love to keep your doggy company. Your dog(s) will feel comfortable and safe with the dog beds we have throughout our home. We would also allow your dog(s) on our furniture because we have pet blankets on them to keep it sanitary and clean with weekly washings. We also have a medium sized dog crate on our main floor, which is available to all dogs who feel safe in a crate. We also have a smaller crate available for smaller dogs on the main floor.

“Sylvia watched my dog for an all day fun playdate while I went into work and she was amazing! My dog, Pepper, had so much fun playing with her friendly French bulldog. Sylvia sent lots of photos and updates, which made my day knowing Pepper was having fun. There was no doubt he was in good hands. Sylvia is a true dog lover! I will 100% contact Sylvia for all my future dog sitting needs.”

About: We’ve always had a deep love for dogs, no matter the breed or size. Over the years, neighbors, friends, and family have trusted us to care for their dogs—whether that means stopping by to check in on them, feeding them, or spending time playing and keeping them happy. Taking care of dogs brings us joy, and we take pride in being reliable, attentive, and affectionate with every pup we meet. As a full-time remote couple, pet care is seamlessly woven into our day. Your pup will enjoy constant companionship while we work, followed by frequent outdoor breaks. We prioritize an active lifestyle, including multiple daily walks and regular trips to the local dog park to ensure they get plenty of exercise and socialization. Your dog won't just be 'watched'—they’ll be a part of our daily adventures! As owners of an active Brittany Spaniel, we understand that high-energy dogs require a different level of vigilance and engagement. We prioritize safety and peace of mind in everything we do: Active Supervision: Because we work from home full-time, your dog is never just 'left out.' We keep a close eye on and monitor play styles to ensure everyone is having safe fun. Focused Walks: On our walks and trips to the dog park, we use sturdy leashes and maintain 100% focus on the dogs Clear Communication: You’ll receive daily photo updates and notes via Rover so you can see exactly how much fun (and exercise!) your pup is getting. Custom Care: We follow your specific feeding, crate, and medication routines to the letter to keep your dog’s stress levels low and their health a top priority.
“Lego had a great time at Brooke & Nathan's house. Our regular sitter was not available and I was so glad to find Brooke & Nathan's profile. It is obvious that they LOVE dogs. Lego can be a little shy and nervous at new places but Brooke and Nathan made sure he was comfortable, they took their time introducing Lego to their dogs. Lego had a blast playing with his new friends. It was nice to receive the visit card at the end of the day - this is the first time a sitter did that for us.”

“Prajwal was amazing with my little pup, Kulfi! He was attentive, caring, and kept me updated, which gave me peace of mind during my trip. Kulfi clearly had a great time and came back happy and well taken care of. I really appreciated the warmth and reliability - will definitely be booking again!”

“David, Laura, and Apollo took amazing care of our puppy, Bunny! Bunny had the best time at their home for daycare. They made sure to take a bunch of photos which were all soo adorable. I highly recommend David and Laura for boarding and daycare! We have already booked Bunny’s next visit with them!”

About: I have had animals most of my life so caring for them is easy. We also have 2 small dogs of our own and 2 small children to keep them entertained. I run my own company so my schedule is extremely flexible and my wife is a stay at home mom so someone is always here to supervise. We have a fenced in yard and 2 small dogs for your dogs to play with. We don't keep the animals outside for very long, especially in the winter time. Our dogs are fed twice a day but as many feedings can be done as needed.
About: I’ve had dogs in my whole life, so caring for them comes naturally to me. Over the years I’ve helped friends, family, and neighbors by watching their dogs while they travel and stopping by to let them out, feed them, and make sure they feel comfortable at home. I understand that every dog has their own personality and needs, and I treat every dog I care for like part of the family. I work independently from home so I have plenty of time to play with your pups! My kids are off at school during the day. I’m available seven days a week. I have a fully fenced turfed backyard. I have a very friendly lab for your dog to play with and can create your dog if needed.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Castle Pines North commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in CO ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
