I have loved caring for dogs my whole life! From my own family dogs to neighbors and friends' dogs, I have pet-sat, walked, fed, and bathed dogs of all breeds and sizes. I make sure the dogs I care for have a balanced and enriched environment that meets their needs.

I live in a condo with a private garage. My neighborhood has great walking paths as well as a fantastic park right across the street. My 4 year old pup (Sammy) and my 1 year old pup (Ginny) can keep your fur baby company in a friendly and fun environment!

I am the perfect person to write a testimonial for Melanie - I am a musician and have needed someone to watch my beloved German Shepherd, Baby, fairly frequently. Melanie took such wonderful care of my Baby, every time I asked her to watch her, which is no surprise. Melanie, in general, is kind, patient, and responsible, but her love for animals is something that she has had in her since childhood. She really has a gift for taking care of any animal, but this is especially true of dogs. From her childhood dog (a beautiful Boykin spaniel) to her friends’ dogs, to my dog, Melanie is and has been a compassionate and attentive caregiver. Baby has passed away, but to see her form such a loving connection with Melanie is now a treasured memory and I will always know, confidently, that Melanie took great care of my girl.

I have summers off, so I am interested in walking or sitting for pets any day of the week! I can be available at whatever time is needed.
