About: I grew up with a dog and a cat, and have taken care of animals most of my life. I don't have any pets of my own right now, which means I'd love to hang out with yours! I'm a online student and gig worker with flexible hours, but mostly looking for drop ins / walks during weekdays. I'm also open to housesitting overnights/weekends for established clients. If you're a new client and you're interested in me sitting for you, we can schedule a meet and greet first - just book a drop-in appt! I'll meet you and your pets and I'll refund you if you end up booking me for housesitting! I like to make sure your pets are comfortable and stick to whatever routine they're used to! Happy to take dogs on walks in your neighborhood, or play with them in your yard.
About: I was raised around dogs and horses my entire childhood and share a dog and cat with my girlfriend currently. I have a flexible work schedule that allows me to be home and available often and love being active so I look forward to walks, runs and park days made better with a pup or two! We’ve fostered over 20 dogs so I also know the intricacies needed to handle dogs of all personalities and ages. I adore being around animals and will always care for them as I would my own! I am currently working part time. My days fluctuate and whether it is morning or afternoon is dependent on the week. So I have much time available with some variability. I ensure to ask questions of the owner and I make sure to be present and observant of the animal. If I am taking the dog on walks for instance, I like to know the level of handling the dog is used to and what the owner wishes. When with the animal, I ensure I notice its behaviors to learn its habits. I care much more for positive re-enforcement but can apply gentle negative re-enforcement (tugs on lease for instance) if the owner is ok with that. I am trained with e-collars so happy to ease into that with an animal if that is best.
About: I had a black lab/golden retriver growing up. When i moved out for college, my roommate had a dog that i would love on too. I work remotely in the mornings so i would love to have a sweet "coworker". I am able to watch dogs for over night stays. Depending how active the dog is, taking them for a walk around the neighborhood for new smells or letting them enjoy the sun in the backyard. I agree pets are allowed on furniture.
About: Hey I’m Alex, my love of animals started at a young age. I’ve been taking care of pets since grade school. I have 18 years of experience. I’ve trained and taken care of all of our family dogs and cats. I’ll treat your pet like my own. I’ll be their favorite auntie / home away from home. I have a teenager and tween who also absolutely love animals. There will be multiple eyes and plenty of love to shower your pet with. I have a big back yard that’s fenced. My rescue pup Penelope will show your pet around and play. Can’t wait to meet your fur baby. I currently work part time so your pet wouldn’t be alone for very long. My rescue pup Penelope will help keep them company. They’ll get a walk in daily , snuggles and play time. I have a fenced in yard that makes potty breaks and play time easy. I can easily crate as well. Weather permitting at least one walk a day would be provided. My rescue pup will help your dog feel right at home. Snuggling on the couch after a long day is also a must. If you’re ok with random treats being given throughout the day to help them live their best lives.
“So happy my elderly dog can get her daily walks in. Lanae is prompt and always shares a bit about the walk. Her time is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend her.”

About: I am only available work 11 am to 5 pm. I worked in a shelter and helped out a little with the dogs and have had pets my whole life. I get along very well with animals, including very shy animals. I'm a freelance artist with a very free schedule and I can drop in anytime that you may need me to be there. I understand the regularity of a pet's schedule is very important! I can crate a pet if needed and am very careful with an animal's boundaries to insure safety and comfort for your pet and myself.
“Jordan was great and super professional; as an added bonus Lily loved her! She was communicative, timely and you can tell she loves animals. I would hire Jordan again tomorrow! Thank you for taking such good care of Lily.”

“Jasmine has done a wonderful job caring for Finley for his potty and walk breaks from his crate while I’m at work. You can tell right away that she really loves dogs. She is caring and respectful, and communicates well. I will definitely use her again!”

“My pup (Wednesday) is high energy - Todd is always so wonderful at meeting her where shes at to bring the best out of her. I’m so thankful to have someone I (and my dog) trust to take care of her.”

About: I have always loved dogs. I’m patient, attentive, and really tuned in to each dog’s personality, energy, and needs. I’m comfortable adjusting walks, pace, and attention based on what’s best for the pups. I make sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and cared for, and treat them like they’re my own. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine, and I make time specifically for walks, drop-ins, and quality attention. I have a flexible schedule, so I can be consistent and reliable with timing. Safety and trust are always my top priorities. In a client’s home, I stick closely to your pet’s usual routine so they feel comfortable and safe. I pay attention to details like feeding schedules, leash safety, and making sure doors, gates, and harnesses are always properly secured. I am very respectful of your space and keep things clean while I’m there. I also give regular updates, so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is to create a safe, low-stress environment where your pet feels cared for and you feel confident they’re in good hands.
“Lauren was fabulous. She showed up on time, asked great questions to get to know Steve and his walking style, and was out for the whole time or extra. I will be rebooking regularly!”

About: We are Jeni and Ashlie- we have been loving dog parents who have experience caring for dogs for most of our lives. We have raised three rescue dogs together who aged from 10 to 14 years, with varying training and health needs. We are also experienced with sitting dogs for friends and family members, up to one month at a time. We are a family of 4 with two young kids who are not ready to commit to a dog of our own again, yet, and instead would like to spend time loving yours while you’re away! With us, your dog will be treated as one of our family members as long as they are with us. For in-home care, dogs must be friendly, well-behaved, potty trained, young children and family oriented. Well behaved means no digging, chewing or pottying in the home. While we have experience with territorial and reactive dogs, due to children in the home, there is a zero tolerance to aggressive behaviors towards children or people. We are experienced with dogs of all ages and sizes, and children will be monitored for positive interactions with dogs in our care. No cat care provided due to allergies. While we work full-time, we are lucky to work from home a few days per week. We also have a dog door if your pup is fully trustable with free roam in the backyard and house. Fenced yard - large yard; No other dogs in home, we have fish; Family environment; Dog door available, if appropriate; Can crate dog if preferred

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Southwestern Denver
Abigail has been so helpful with our two labs Sadie and Ruby. Absolutely a life saver for us moving to a new area and Todd having some long work hours. We will definitely use her through the summer and recommend anyone who is looking for helped from anywhere from dog walking to dog sitting..

CHELSEA IS THE BEST! And I mean THE BEST! She’s been caring for my animals (cats & dogs) for 2+ years now and they all love her so much. Whenever she comes around my German Shepard absolutely loses it and won’t leave her alone. My cats are shy and don’t let anyone love on them but me, but when Chelsea stops by?? They come out of hiding and let her pet them, which is HUGE. They’ve avoided all of my past roommates at all costs😂 literally only her and my mom have been awarded that privilege. I’m bad about leaving reviews but saw someone left a negative one when I booked my most recently dog walk. I just had to hop on here to respectfully and strongly disagree. I will NEVER let anyone else care for my animals as long as Chelsea is around. Sincerely - an extremely protective and particular pawrent
