About: I have been taking care of various size/breed dogs for over 20 years. I only have roughly 5 years experience with cats, but I am comfortable taking care of them. I’m currently a stay at home dad, but my youngest just started preschool 2 days per week so I have some extra time. I have 2 dogs at home. Monday/Thursday/Saturday/Sunday is my current availability. I have a fenced yard with 2 dogs at home. One 10lb dachshund/chihuahua mix, and one 80lb Bernese/Anatolian mix. They are both friendly with other dogs.

About: HELLO!!! My name is Sarah, and I would absolutely love to care for your fur babies!! Animals have been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them isn’t just something I do—it’s who I am. Since I was a little girl, I’ve had a deep love for animals of all kinds (including a few “wild” neighborhood friendships that my parents didn’t always approve of 😊). From dogs and chickens to squirrels and everything in between, I’ve always felt most at home around animals. That lifelong passion has grown into a genuine commitment to giving pets the love, safety, and attention they deserve. I have a special place in my heart for pets with unique needs. My dog Gus was paralyzed from the waist down for most of his life, and my dog Ronnie was half blind with several health challenges. Because of this, I’m very experienced and comfortable caring for disabled, senior, or medically complex pets. I understand the extra patience, gentleness, and attentiveness they require—and I’m here to provide exactly that. If your pet needs specialized care, you can feel confident they’ll be in compassionate, capable hands. I offer a range of services including overnight stays, drop-in visits, and support with puppy routines and training. Whether you need consistent care or occasional help, I’m happy to adapt to your pet’s specific needs and your schedule. I’m based in the greater Boulder County area and live with my partner, our dog Sydney, and our two beautiful ducks, Trudy and Winnie—so our home is full of love for animals of all kinds!!! 🦆🪿 My schedule is currently very flexible! I’m both an early riser and a night owl, which allows me to be available throughout the day for walks, check-ins, playtime, and cuddles. 🥰 Above all, I treat every pet as if they were my own. I know how important routines, trust, and communication are—especially for pets who need extra care. I’m happy to follow detailed instructions and will always go the extra mile to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. If you’re looking for someone dependable, attentive, and truly passionate about animals, I’d love to connect. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry family! ❤️ My schedule is currently wide open, so I have plenty of time to love on your fur babies throughout the day! I'm an early riser, and a late bed time goer - So my availability is wide open for your pet needs. :) I take care of other peoples' pets with the same love and care that I give my own at home. If there is a specific routine that your pet needs to be followed, just let me know - I understand the need for specific schedules and routines, especially for handicapped/disabled little ones! So I will go above and beyond to make sure your babies are comfortable, loved and well taken care of!
“Emma is an absolutely wonderful pet sitter! She was totally reliable, sent me great updates (including about how much my picky eater ate at each meal), sent loads of pictures every day, and most importantly took perfect care of my dogs. I couldn't dream of a better pet sitter! Hire Emma and put your mind at ease!”

“Lila was a great find! I don’t leave my older dog very often, but sometimes he simply can’t join me on trips; and he often doesn’t eat much while I’m gone out of anxiety. Lila got him eating! He was so well taken care of and truly cares about the animals. Will definitely use her again!”

“Delane took great care of Chewy! We sent through a super last minute request for Christmas week and she was very gracious and communicative throughout the whole process 🙌”

“Charissa gave each of my pups the personalized attention they needed. She kept my high energy pup happy with some fetch and coaxed my shy little one out of her shell for some fresh air, sniff-abouts and TLC. Thank you Charissa!”

About: I have over 10 years of personal experience caring for my own cat, which has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and understanding animals’ individual personalities. In addition to feline care, I’ve also looked after guinea pigs during spring break, ensuring they had a clean habitat, fresh veggies, and plenty of gentle attention. I’ve cared for dogs belonging to family friends, helping with feeding, walks, and playtime, always making sure they felt safe and loved while their owners were away. I’ve also had the opportunity to watch over a variety of pets for a few hours at a time, adapting quickly to their needs and routines. No matter the species, I approach every pet with kindness, respect, and a genuine love for animals. I’m currently enrolled in online college courses, which gives me the flexibility to create a balanced and adaptable schedule. Since my classes are self-paced and remote, I’m available for pet care throughout the week—mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Typical Daily Routine: • Morning (8am–11am): Morning walks, feedings, litter box cleanings, or drop-in visits • Midday (11am–3pm): Pet sitting, extended playtime, companionship, or check-ins (can adjust as needed) • Afternoon/Evening (3pm–8pm): Walks, dinner feeding, medication (if needed), or overnight care setups • Night (8pm onward): Available for overnight care, evening check-ins, or late-night drop-ins (on request) Weekly Flexibility: I’m available 7 days a week and can adjust my schedule based on your pet’s needs—whether it’s a one-time drop-in, recurring walks, weekend sitting, or extended stays. My online classes allow me to stay local and dependable all summer long. Your pet’s comfort, routine, and safety always come first. I’m committed to providing reliable, loving care that fits smoothly into both of our routines. Why You Can Trust Me with Your Pet As a lifelong animal lover with over 10 years of experience caring for my own cat, as well as looking after dogs, guinea pigs, and a variety of other pets, I understand how important it is to feel confident in the person caring for your furry family member. Whether I’m welcoming pets into my home or caring for them in yours, I make safety, comfort, and reliability my top priorities. In Your Home: When I pet sit in your home, I respect your space and follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible. I keep things tidy, stick to feeding and walk schedules, and ensure your pet feels secure in their familiar environment. I also send regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and in good hands. Dog Walking: For dog walks, I always use secure leashes and harnesses and choose safe walking routes based on your dog’s size, energy level, and comfort. I take the time to build trust with each dog, making sure every walk is not just good exercise but also a positive experience. However, I own a cat who doesn’t like strangers or strange animal that come in her home With a flexible schedule and a genuine love for animals, I’m committed to giving your pet the same care and attention I’d give my own. You can trust that they’ll be safe, happy, and well cared for—whether it’s for an afternoon walk or a week-long stay.
About: I’ve grown up with a cat and a dog. I’ve helped with taking care of them since I was a kid, including checking in and feeding the pets and walking them while the family is away. I've also fed my roommate’s leopard gecko and frog while they were traveling. I work part-time, with a frequently changing schedule. My best days to sit/walk are Mondays and Wednesdays - but I frequently have other days available too depending on the time of year! I am very mindful of respecting the social boundaries of the shy pets, and I’m happy to meet the energy of the outgoing ones! Whether it’s walks, feeding, playtime, or just hanging out, I will strive to meet the pets needs and prioritize the owner’s expectations.

“Mackenzie is fantastic! She was very responsive and flexible when initially booking. We reached out to her with very short notice and she was very accommodating to make time to do a meet and greet before our schedule trip. She showed up on time for each of our pups check ins and spent the full amount of time with them. I felt such peace of mind leaving our dogs in her care. I would absolutely use her again and recommend her for anyone else looking for care for their animals. She is wonderful.”

About: For most of my life, I have been a dog mom, and I understand how crucial it is to know that your dogs are well cared for while you're gone. I'm here to assist you. After retiring from my corporate job, I've decided to follow my passion for animals. I have spent over a decade caring for the dogs of friends and neighbors. I am certified in animal massage and have been a volunteer at the Humane Society of Boulder Valley since 2016. I can't wait to meet you and enjoy some wonderful time with your four-legged companion! I have availability during the week and weekend to engage with your dog. The safety and well-being of your dog is top priority! We will find what works best for you and your dog. It can be a walk, engagement, basic training, canine massage, a play date, snuggle time...whatever meets your dogs needs that day.
About: I always loved dogs, but growing up my parents would never let us get any. This led to me dog sitting and walking numerous neighborhood dogs from around 12 years old. Through the years, I've gotten a few dogs of my own and they are a handful, but I can't imagine life without them. The most recent addition, Toast the husky, has been a great lesson in the importance of consistent exercise and patient training, and this has carried through positively into our other dogs as well. I've also handled housetraining for multiple dogs now. Every day we do some sort of exercise with at least the husky. The other 2 are a little older so they don't go every single time, but the husky requires daily exercise, either to the park (which we go to regularly as it is less than 5 minutes away) or on a nice walk or hike. The happiest my dogs ever seem is when they are out on adventures with us, so I try to make that happen as much as possible. I have a 6ft high fenced-in yard. My wife and I work from home so we are always present and can let the dogs out regularly, on any schedule required. Our 3 dogs are very social with dogs outside, do great with other dogs in the house, and have been housetrained since they were puppies.

“Juan was a pleasure to work with for my short 2 day trip. Punctual, communicative, respectful and all around a nice man. I believe my dog Max enjoyed his care. Definitely will call on him again; I highly recommend him. I am happy to have met him through Rover!”

“Emily was absolutely AMAZING with Gracie while we were in Florida visiting family. I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She worked her butt off and went above and beyond every single day to make sure Gracie was happy, cared for, and loved. Leaving your dog behind is never easy—especially when you adore them the way we adore Gracie—but Emily gave us complete peace of mind. She was attentive, responsible, communicative, and so sweet with her. It was clear she genuinely cared. We came home to a happy pup, and that means everything to us. I am so, so grateful for the effort and heart she put into caring for our girl. I would trust her again in a heartbeat!”

Curtis is amazing, he communicates well and as often as the situation may demand. H e figures out what to do without bothering , but keeps you informed as to what is going on. Curtis cleaned up our pups's vomit the other night, and told me where it occurred so I could give the floor extra attention. Our pup is currently under the care of our vet. Cutis performed some pre-approved grooming on Winnie. Curtis is always up-beat and pleased to help.

Danielle was great with Rumi! She was very responsive and spent quality time during our meet and greet, which I really appreciated. Rumi is a senior dog, and Danielle was very caring and attentive to his needs. She was also flexible with timing, which made everything easy. I felt very comfortable having her care for Rumi and would absolutely book with her again.

Mia was fantastic with our pets! We have two dogs and a cat, so our house can be pretty chaotic. Mia took all of our eccentric, particular instructions in stride and did great. One of our pups in particular can be pretty difficult, and Mia was so great with him that he didn’t even bark at her—not many new folks can win him over like this! I highly recommend Mia for your pet care!

Hanna did an amazing job checking in on my dog and cat with my last minute check-in request. Followed my instructions to a T and left the house in great shape. They also went above and beyond, taking care of our foster dog esp. with some complicated health stuff/instructions. Great communication. Will rebook again in the future.

Donovan was wonderful!! He was super flexible with our schedule and really really nice and understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong weekend and had to change things last minute on him! Our dog has special needs and he was more than willing to accommodate for her! Thank you again! :)

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
