About: I have always been somewhat of a dog whisperer. Love getting to know each of their personalities and learning their routines, coming down to their level gain trust and form a relationship. I enjoying getting outside and making sure they can get their exercise. I’m a cellist, so most of my days are spent practicing and going to rehearsals/teaching in the larger Boulder area. Most of my mornings are very free. I love going on walks with dogs, taking them to the dog park and socializing them with other dogs, using positive reinforcement to form and maintain good habits and everything in between. Care in your home is also important to me. I want to make sure you can have piece of mind that not only will you pet be taken care of but your home as well.
“Nicole was absolutely FANTASTIC!! We can’t rave enough about how much we love and appreciate her! We’re just so happy we found Nicole!!! She took care of our baby girl like she was her own! The excitement on our little girl’s face during her time with Nicole was priceless! We HIGHLY recommend Nicole and so does our pup. 🐶 Your pets will love you for the time they get to spend with her. Our girl loved her so much, we may even need to take her for fly by, walk time hellos from time to time. 🤗”

“Laurissa was the perfect sitter for our cat while we were away for a long weekend! From the moment of our meet and greet, it was clear she would be very comfortable playing with Jabba and even holding him to give all the love and attention he craves. Her updates and photos were much appreciated and when we returned home, everything was clearly secure and Jabba was happy. Definitely recommend!”

“Charissa gave each of my pups the personalized attention they needed. She kept my high energy pup happy with some fetch and coaxed my shy little one out of her shell for some fresh air, sniff-abouts and TLC. Thank you Charissa!”

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life, and caring for them comes naturally to me. Back home in Turkey, I had my own pets, I took care of my friends pets while they were on vacation. I regularly looked after stray cats and dogs; feeding them, giving them water, and making sure they felt safe. I truly enjoy spending time with pets and treating them with love and patience as if they were my own♥️ i'm currently working as a teacher during the weekdays 7:30am to 4:30pm i would love to fill out the rest of my time with spending time with pets!! i am fully available weekends as long as i'm not working, i will try to fit into your and your pets schedule. you can tell me what are your pets needs and what they love, i will always try to show up with them happily
“Andrea was a great dog sitter and we we will definitely be repeat clients. Our dog Lucy had surgery for a torn ACL six weeks ago so we were nervous to leave her for the weekend. Andrea followed all of Lucy's recovery guidelines and did an amazing job taking care of her and our other dog. We received pictures and updates for each of our dogs every visit.”

“Katrina was wonderful with our 120 pound pup. We have never used Rover before and were a bit nervous. But Katrina made it easy and we and our pup felt great leaving him in Katrina’s care!”

About: I grew up with eight dogs, so caring for dogs has always been a big part of my life\. I have experience feeding, walking, bathing, and looking after dogs of different ages, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need a little extra care and patience\. I work a Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule, but I’m willing to commute to provide reliable and attentive care for your dog. I’m happy to discuss scheduling options and find a routine that works best for both you and your pet. I have two small dogs of my own and a spacious yard at home. I also have experience fostering dogs and helping them find loving, permanent homes. These experiences have strengthened my ability to care for dogs with different personalities, needs, and routines.

About: Friend of all doggos. I've recently had 2 Italian Greyhounds - Lu (17) and Gelato (15) that were my best buds. Always looking to make friends with new pups. I work during the day, but am available weekday evenings. I’m also available all day during the weekends and most holidays. I had 2 Italian Greyhounds for a span of 18 years and can’t wait to meet your pup(s). I can come to your place for walks and visits. I don’t currently have plans to sit for other pets in my own home as I’m in the process of renovating.
About: Experienced Rover Sitter, New to Colorado! 🐾 Hi! I recently moved to Colorado after spending the past year caring for dogs through Rover in Utah. I previously offered boarding out of my home, but since my new condo doesn’t allow pets, I’m transitioning to house sitting so I can continue doing something I love while keeping your pets comfortable in their own home and routine. I’m currently taking a few months off work while studying for my professional safety certification, giving me a very flexible schedule and plenty of time at home with your pets. I’m experienced with different personalities and routines and am happy to provide walks, playtime, cuddles, meals, and companionship throughout the day. You can also expect plenty of photos and updates while you’re away! 🐶❤️ I am studying from home as I take a few months off work, so I can provide plenty of time and attention to the pups I'm watching. Safety and trust are my top values, and I don’t take it lightly when someone entrusts me with a pet who is so special and important to them. I care for them, like they were my own. I maintain a clean, secure environment and supervise pets closely while they’re in my care. I’m attentive to behavior cues, comfort levels, and any signs of stress, and I adjust care as needed. I communicate openly and consistently with owners so they feel confident their pet is well cared for.
“Bridgett took excellent care of our furr babies while we were away for a week. This was the longest we have been separated from them and it a great reassurance to have Bridgett care for them. Bridgett was very communicative and observant and spent lots of quality time with our cat and dog. I highly recommend Bridgett for your loved ones.”

“Emma is an absolutely wonderful pet sitter! She was totally reliable, sent me great updates (including about how much my picky eater ate at each meal), sent loads of pictures every day, and most importantly took perfect care of my dogs. I couldn't dream of a better pet sitter! Hire Emma and put your mind at ease!”

About: I’ve always had a soft spot for animals, and apparently they've had one for me too. Hi, my name is Sarah and I live in the Boulder area. I’ve been a lifelong pet lover and have had the pleasure of sharing my life with all kinds of animals including dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, birds, and even livestock. Unfortunately, I recently became petless after my old girl passed away. This has left my love for pets homeless and I would love nothing more than to give it all to your babies. Cuddles, belly rubs, a good hike, maybe a little mud and a bath and of course some yummy treats, I’m here for it all! Whether your pet is a professional couch potato, an enthusiastic adventure buddy or just needs a little extra TLC, I have the experience and enough love to keep up with them. I’m currently working as part of a wildlife rehabilitation internship. I’m still in the first stage, so I only need to be there about 20 hours a week, which gives me lots of flexibility. This means I can work my internship schedule around what your pet needs! Early morning feedings? Done. Middle of the night potty breaks? Done. Need a midday nap buddy? Done. I’m open to both weekdays and weekends and with 24 hours’ notice, I can usually adjust my schedule to fit your pet’s needs. Your pet’s routine is important and I’m happy to work around it whenever I can! My first priority is making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I follow your instructions and your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible because I know that consistency can make a big difference when their favorite person isn’t around. This all starts with the bond I work to form with them from the moment I become the stranger invading their territory. I’m not just there to feed, walk and clean up messes. I’m there to make sure your pet doesn’t feel scared, abandoned or stressed while you’re away. I want you to be able to leave knowing that they’re not just being looked after, they’re being loved. That peace of mind for you also comes from my close attention to detail. No door will be left open. No change in behavior shall go unnoticed. No accident will be left unattended and no animal shall be shamed. I won’t just keep your pets alive. I’ll make sure they feel safe, secure and cared for, with lots of stories for you to come home to while you’re out creating your own memories.
“I cannot say enough about how much we love Alex! She is quick to respond, conscientious about caring for our senior dogs (who need a lot of meds and patience), smart, kind, and our dogs get so excited to see her. She did drop in visits to make sure the dogs got their evening medications and meals while I had tons of out-of-town guests for a big birthday celebration and she really went far above and beyond in the midst of chaos. Thank you for everything, Alex! We are grateful to you!”
“Holly is amazing! She takes such good care of my puppy, Kevin! She is punctual, efficient, communicative and super caring and fun with Kevin😊 Simply put, a working dog dad’s dream! Thanks so much Holly!”

About: Caring for pets has always been my passion! I’ve grown up with cats and dogs of all kinds and have always been very adamant in making sure they receive the best care and all the love possible. I’ve worked professionally with animals in doggy day care setting and worked closely with dog trainers. My husband is also a vet technician who has spent his whole career working with animals including in dog kennels and doggy day care. Our life purpose is caring for animals, our own and yours! You can be sure your pet is being cared for deeply while you are away! I have taken my passion for pet care full time! Please contact me for availability, I am booking up quickly but I have a wide range of availability for different services. From house sitting to dog walking, I also offer pet waste collection/removal & nail trims. We have a very well sized fully fenced back yard and an open home. Our home does have other cats and dogs so we mostly require guest to be adapted to this kind of environment. However, we have spaces in home available to keep a dog separate for their comfort levels if need be. Case by case. As far as animal care in our home or yours, we treat them as our own. Each animal has a different personality and different needs, which for us is easy to understand. If I am away home sitting for work, my husband is home caring for our animals. Please reach out and ask any questions you’d like for more information.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Erie
Mackenzie and Chris did an amazing job with our animals. They watched 4 of our animals for over 45 hours across 3 weeks. They went above and beyond for our animals and our home, including weeding, mowing our lawn, and bringing special treats for the animals. Mackenzie made up lots of enrichment games for the dogs, and Chris did a great job playing with our cats from everything we saw on our security camera! They were extremely communicative, sent us lots of photos and communicated very well with our brother who was home during some of the time they were there. He said that Mackenzie was always super respectful about texting or calling him if she needed anything and about not disturbing him when he was sleeping since he works the night shift and left him great notes every day. I would highly recommend Mackenzie and Chris to anyone! In my 5 years using Rover, they were by far our favorites.

Brittany was wonderful to work with. She took her time taking care of our dog and cat. We also received updates and cute pictures everyday while we were on vacation. We were happy that she took the time to walk our dog everyday, and spent some time outside with our cat even though we did not expect her to do either. They were very happy and content boys when we home! Thank you!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
