“Claire has the calmest and most gentle demeanor and Chloe instantly took to her. She was very easy to communicate with and we are already planning to use her again this week!”

“Jen was great! She arrived on time and took care of my kitties as discussed. Everything was kept clean and she spent time playing with and cuddling with them as I had hoped. I really appreciated the pictures she took. I’d definitely hire her again and recommend her!”

About: I have grown up with many pets and comfortable around animals of all shapes and sizes. I love to take dogs on walks and give your pets all the attention they deserve! I work full time! I am happy to do both early morning walks or weekend/night care when given advance notice. I am a very organized person and am happy to make arrangements of commitments all the time. Hi! I am very flexible based on needs and wants for a pet's care. Let me know what you and your pet(s) need to be happy and I am happy to see how I can fit into that equation.

“Nicole helped keep my new border collie company for a couple drop in visits while I was away long hours at work. She was communicative and responsive and I know Logan loved it! Thanks Nicole!”

“Kristy was fantastic with our kitties! She helped us out last minute when my husband had emergency eye surgery & it was great peace of mind knowing they were well cared for & in good hands. Excellent communication & fun pics, as well as feeding them their wet food & fresh water. Would have her back in a heartbeat! Til next time, take care & be well Kristy!”

“Ellen is great! She watched my 3 cats while I was away on a trip and I knew they were being loved on and cared for while I was away. I got daily photo updates and came home to happy kitties and a clean pet space. Will be booking with her again!”

“Rachael was amazing with our Leo and he was extremely happy when we returned. She was very responsive and sent us the cutest photos. We would absolutely love to book with her again!”

About: I work full time, but would love to spend time with dogs before and after work, when possible. I have a 2-year-old Siberian Husky, my dream come true! I trained her starting at 8 weeks. She is as sweet and patient as can be. While I was in college, I would often care of a couple dogs that my friends had or that I would live with. Since then, I have taken on clients by word of mouth. I'm looking to connect with the community and spread the love I have for animals to others. I work remotely. While I do often have meetings throughout the day, I have some flexibility to modify much of my day to meet the needs of pets. I am very concerned about safety as a medical professional. I love to have fun and show love to pets, but I recognize some situations require more care. My own pup is crate trained to reduce the risk of getting into risky situations unsupervised. I also clean up the yard to reduce the risk of infection by cleaning up bowel movements routinely throughout the day.

“Willow has been amazing with my two pups. She was willing to come for a meet and greet before I booked just due to my preference. She has communicated with me everyday about the pups and is very responsive.”

About: Hi! My name is Marion. I have always loved dogs, and have one lovely pup of my own, Summit. She is the tan dog in the photos. She is 7 years old, and very dog friendly. She loves to play, but knows boundaries and is happy to cuddle on the couch as well. I have a very large, high-fenced yard that is great for the dogs, and I also walk my dogs 2x daily and take them to the dog park or open space 1-2x per week. I am a runner, so I could gladly run with your dog if you would like. Dogs of all sizes are welcome in my home! I grew up with Great Danes and am very comfortable around big dogs, and my house is very open so there is a lot of room. I look forward to meeting you and your doggos! I am experience with senior and medical pets as well and am comfortable caring for your medically needing fur babies. Behavioral issues or nervous dogs don’t scare me, I have fostered 50+ dogs over the years and am happy to be accommodating. I work from home 90% of the time and am only gone from the home for 2-4 hours at a time to visit my clients. I have a furbo in my home to check in on dogs when I am not at home, and can make my schedule work for someone needing 24/7 observation as long as I have notice. I have multiple spaces in my home if our dogs need to be separated as well.

About: I love dogs more than anything, I think they are the most pure creatures on earth! I used to go to camps at the humane society, and I used to regularly take out and play with my neighbors dogs. I would love to do more and give love to as many dogs as possible. I am currently working part time and would love to spend time with your dogs on my off days! i would have so much fun doing it and showing dogs love. I can feed your dog, play fetch/ with toys, crate your dog, give pets and cuddles, take your dog to potty, and show a lot of love and care.
“Emily was fabulous for a quick last minute walk with our senior dog and checking in on our kitty. We are very grateful for her and will use again in the future!! Very professional, highly recommend!”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Firestone with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
