And most important, to see that we're a good fit. We keep it calm, read body language, and let them warm up on their terms—no barging in like Kramer on Seinfeld. For drop-ins and walks, goal is to keep care steady and low-stress: meals, water, potty breaks, litter box duty, meds, playtime, and safe, structured walks matched to your pet's energy. For daycare and boarding, the meet and greet is a visit to our house. We'll introduce ourself and our pets. You and your pet can tour the house and yard. We'll ensure everyone is comfortable and if the fit isn't right, we'll completely understand. Dogs stay with Ryan downstairs with space to settle in. Our husky and two older cats will be upstairs except for supervised interaction and play (if welcome by you and your pet). We feed dogs separately, manage food and toys carefully to prevent friction, and keep the whole setup calm, predictable, and drama-free. Dogs get two walks a day unless you ask otherwise - and that can be with or without our dog.

About: Hi, I'm Lindsey, I am a lifelong dog lover with years of hands on experience caring for playful pups, energetic working breeds, and sweet senior dogs. I currently have a 4-year old mini American Shepherd named Mochi! He’s a trained frisbee dog and the friendliest little shadow. Before him I raised two Australian Shepherds from puppyhood through their senior years. I work outside the home from 12–3 PM, Monday–Friday but have the option to work from home. I’m fully available: Early mornings Late afternoons Evenings Weekends Daily walks, trail adventures, enrichment, and playtime fit easily into my weekly routine. Your dog’s comfort and safety always come first. I offer boarding,walks, and drop-ins, and I maintain a calm, respectful environment for all dogs in my care. My home setup: -Fully fenced yard backing up to a greenbelt connected to Coal Creek Trail (endless sniffing and exploring!) -Dogs welcome on furniture -Two kind, dog-loving daughters (ages 9 & 11) -Just Mochi, a playful mini American Shepherd -Calm home environment Safety practices I follow: -All dogs leashed outside the fenced yard -Crate available if preferred or required -Follow all pet parent routines + special instructions -Frequent photo updates and check ins for peace of mind I do not accept aggressive dogs, but I’m very comfortable with high-energy, playful, or anxious pups.

About: My partner and I, along with our greyhound, Shiloh, work as a team when dog sitting. We love being around other dogs and have years of experience. I've watched all manner of dogs for many years, from small to large, old to young, healthy to medically supported. We will both provide lots of TLC to all dogs that we have the opportunity to meet. We do have chickens as well, but they are always contained to their run when dogs are around :) If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us! We work remotely 50% of the time; but even when we go in to the office, we have the freedom to return home at any time. We have a large fenced yard and a dog that loves to run! There is plenty of room in our home to get comfortable or get some personal space. We are also within walking distance of the Erie Dog Park so we make visits there frequently.

Our home does have other cats and dogs so we mostly require guest to be adapted to this kind of environment. However, we have spaces in home available to keep a dog separate for their comfort levels if need be. Case by case. As far as animal care in our home or yours, we treat them as our own. Each animal has a different personality and different needs, which for us is easy to understand. If I am away home sitting for work, my husband is home caring for our animals.
