“Jessica is awesome, she is my go-to person for all my pet related needs, I am a repeat customer. She watched my 3-month old golden and took great care of him for a few hours. She gave him plenty of exercise and snuggles. She’s great with my pups and very responsive & dependable. Her communication is fantastic. I highly recommend her!”

“Kenzie was wonderful with our two kitties, who loved her as well! She was also great with communication (before, during, and after) and sent lots of fun pics for us to enjoy while we were away. We will absolutely hire her again and happily recommend her to anyone looking for a calm, friendly, caring, and reliable pet sitter! Thanks Kenzie! <3”

“Rachel took great care of our senior kitties while we were away for 18 days. I was so worried to leave them for so long, but Rachel shared pics every day and it was clear our fur bbs warmed to her calm presence very quickly.”

“I was unexpectedly without a cat sitter right around the holidays due to an emergency with my normal person, so I was looking for someone on very short notice. Brittany got back to me within like 20 minutes and came to meet my floofs the next morning! One of my cats is a ball of anxiety (hides from new people and prone to litter box issues and vomiting when stressed, especially if I'm gone), but she didn't have any incidents while I was away! I was so relieved. My other cat loved her. Brittany was very careful to make sure that the cats' routine was kept as close to normal as possible. Her updates were thorough and she sent fantastic photos. I'm extremely thankful for her last minute help and I will be keeping her in mind in the future!”

Your dog’s comfort and safety always come first. I offer boarding, walks, and drop-ins, and I maintain a calm, respectful environment for all dogs in my care. My home setup: -Fully fenced yard backing up to a greenbelt connected to Coal Creek Trail (endless sniffing and exploring!) -Dogs welcome on furniture -Two kind, dog-loving daughters (ages 9 & 11) -Just Mochi, a playful mini American Shepherd -Calm home environment Safety practices I follow: -All dogs leashed outside the fenced yard -Crate available if preferred or required -Follow all pet parent routines + special instructions -Frequent photo updates and check ins for peace of mind I do not accept aggressive dogs, but I’m very comfortable with high-energy, playful, or anxious pups.

“Jon kept us informed daily of the well being of our baby while we were out of town. While we weren't able to get the updates everyday, when they cams through the spotty internet service, I knew he was being well cared for, kudos!”

“Dan is amazing with my senior shih tzu! I couldn't ask for a better sitter. He was kind and gentle and even took Willie for a stroller ride. We're looking forward to having Dan hang out with Willie again soon.”

“Jessica is great! She took such good care of our babies while we were away. She even went the extra mile and helped care for our garden during an unexpected snowfall. She is very kind and our dog adores her! We totally recommend Jessica to anyone who needs a pet sitter.”

“Kendra is so sweet and amazing with Oliver! Our little puppy is only 3 months and is super shy with people and other dogs but he got pretty comfortable with her really quick. So thankful for you Kendra! Will definitely be using you in the future.”

“Mackenzie did a wonderful job house sitting for our two dogs. She was great with our anxious barky dog. She communicated well, sent lots of pictures and was overall very reliable and went above and beyond for a last minute booking!”

“Jenny took such good care of our dog, Lotus. We went on vacation during a hot week and she gave Lotus some water in her bowl for her comfort and safety! Jenny was very knowledgeable and Lotus was loved like her own pets.”

“Hanna did an amazing job checking in on my dog and cat with my last minute check-in request. Followed my instructions to a T and left the house in great shape. They also went above and beyond, taking care of our foster dog esp. with some complicated health stuff/instructions. Great communication. Will rebook again in the future.”

“Adriana is wonderful. I’m so glad we found her. Having her come by the house to check on our boys has been such a relief and a game changer. I can tell by her pictures that the cats really do love her. They don’t let just anybody pet them!”

“Cole is kind, conscientious and reliable. Prior to starting, he came over to meet us to make sure that he and my dog were compatible companions. His visits allow my dog to get outside for a bit during the day while I’m at work, which allows me to do my job without the stress or anxiety of worrying about my dog and constantly having to rush to leave/return as soon as possible. Grateful to have his help and appreciate that he is so awesome!”

“Melissa was fantastic with Rosie and lovely to communicate with! I really appreciate her flexibility with our travel schedule changing and how much she loved our baby. Looking forward to booking again :)”

“Sara did amazing with my cat! She did drop in visits to administer oral and topical medication and had no problems. I also got an update picture from her every day and she communicated amazingly! I would definitely book again :)”

“Emma is an absolutely wonderful pet sitter! She was totally reliable, sent me great updates (including about how much my picky eater ate at each meal), sent loads of pictures every day, and most importantly took perfect care of my dogs. I couldn't dream of a better pet sitter! Hire Emma and put your mind at ease!”

About: I have trained several puppies in addition to raising a dog throughout my entire life at home. In addition, I have house sat for several houses with animals of all kinds and ages, as well as walking dogs to whatever is requested. I am very routine oriented, and can be very flexible for what routine the doggy needs best! I believe that dogs thrive best on routine, and do my best to cater to that! Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Erie
Mackenzie and Chris did an amazing job with our animals. They watched 4 of our animals for over 45 hours across 3 weeks. They went above and beyond for our animals and our home, including weeding, mowing our lawn, and bringing special treats for the animals. Mackenzie made up lots of enrichment games for the dogs, and Chris did a great job playing with our cats from everything we saw on our security camera! They were extremely communicative, sent us lots of photos and communicated very well with our brother who was home during some of the time they were there. He said that Mackenzie was always super respectful about texting or calling him if she needed anything and about not disturbing him when he was sleeping since he works the night shift and left him great notes every day. I would highly recommend Mackenzie and Chris to anyone! In my 5 years using Rover, they were by far our favorites.

Brittany is amazing!! She took care of our three kitties while we were out of town. She sent such great updates and lots of photos. We knew our cats were in good hands so we were able to enjoy our vacation! Brittany went above and beyond loving on our kitties and making sure they had attention. We’ll definitely be booking with her in the future!

Jessica sent a photo every day showing how Jasmine was doing, which was a comfort to us, as she is a 17 year old cat. And she was very consistent about the timing of her visits, which was the best thing for Jasmine, knowing that she would be fed and see someone consistently. We are very happy with Jessica and will gladly rebook her again.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
