About: I’ve always had a soft spot for animals, and apparently they've had one for me too. Hi, my name is Sarah and I live in the Boulder area. I’ve been a lifelong pet lover and have had the pleasure of sharing my life with all kinds of animals including dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, birds, and even livestock. Unfortunately, I recently became petless after my old girl passed away. This has left my love for pets homeless and I would love nothing more than to give it all to your babies. Cuddles, belly rubs, a good hike, maybe a little mud and a bath and of course some yummy treats, I’m here for it all! Whether your pet is a professional couch potato, an enthusiastic adventure buddy or just needs a little extra TLC, I have the experience and enough love to keep up with them. I’m currently working as part of a wildlife rehabilitation internship. I’m still in the first stage, so I only need to be there about 20 hours a week, which gives me lots of flexibility. This means I can work my internship schedule around what your pet needs! Early morning feedings? Done. Middle of the night potty breaks? Done. Need a midday nap buddy? Done. I’m open to both weekdays and weekends and with 24 hours’ notice, I can usually adjust my schedule to fit your pet’s needs. Your pet’s routine is important and I’m happy to work around it whenever I can! My first priority is making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I follow your instructions and your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible because I know that consistency can make a big difference when their favorite person isn’t around. This all starts with the bond I work to form with them from the moment I become the stranger invading their territory. I’m not just there to feed, walk and clean up messes. I’m there to make sure your pet doesn’t feel scared, abandoned or stressed while you’re away. I want you to be able to leave knowing that they’re not just being looked after, they’re being loved. That peace of mind for you also comes from my close attention to detail. No door will be left open. No change in behavior shall go unnoticed. No accident will be left unattended and no animal shall be shamed. I won’t just keep your pets alive. I’ll make sure they feel safe, secure and cared for, with lots of stories for you to come home to while you’re out creating your own memories.

About: I have always been somewhat of a dog whisperer. Love getting to know each of their personalities and learning their routines, coming down to their level gain trust and form a relationship. I enjoying getting outside and making sure they can get their exercise. I’m a cellist, so most of my days are spent practicing and going to rehearsals/teaching in the larger Boulder area. Most of my mornings are very free. I love going on walks with dogs, taking them to the dog park and socializing them with other dogs, using positive reinforcement to form and maintain good habits and everything in between. Care in your home is also important to me. I want to make sure you can have piece of mind that not only will you pet be taken care of but your home as well.

About: I will give endless love to your animals. I really enjoy researching animal body language so that I can ensure the animals comfort! I am mostly a home body so I can spend lots of time with your animals. I’ve always been a big animal lover and I love meeting new animals and learning about their unique personalities!! I also have experience giving pets medications or special meals. I’m a self employed artist so I make my own schedule and have the freedom to spend lots of time with your pets. About: I’ve been privileged to have dogs be apart of my entire life. From having them as pets, caring for others, and volunteering for multiple shelters over the years, dogs have been a priority for me. I have deep respect for routines and instructions, can work with new born to seniors (who are just babies really), and will give them the love and attention they deserve. I am currently working on aspects of my education and have a lot of time to dedicate to pet care. I have minimal travel plans, so would be interested in a one time walk to a long term sit, and everything in between. I have reliable transportation and I’m allergic to being late. Communication and following instructions is top priority for me, so you will never wonder how your wonderful companion is doing. When caring for pets in your home my priorities include respecting your property, your instructions, and your animals needs. Schedules are followed to a T and communication including updates and pictures if wanted! Something I really pride myself on is being able to adapt and match the energy your animal needs. From extremely anxious to very extroverted, I can easily find the pace they are most comfortable with to reduce stress, build trust, and give them the love needed while you are busy!

About: I’ve had dogs for 15 years, and loved, trained, and raised them from puppy age until the very end. I’ve taken care of friends and family dogs for seven years. I have experience in senior dog care and know how important it is to go at their pace, on their time. I’ll only take on full-day or overnight pets on my days off, which means they will get my undivided attention. Plenty of bathroom breaks, walks, and love. Dogs are allowed on the furniture in my apartment, so just let me know if those aren’t your rules. I live in an apartment with a balcony. There’s plenty of open space in the surrounding area and we’ll go on lots of adventures, as long as it suits your pup! I will always keep your dog on a leash unless you tell me otherwise.

About: I’ve been taking care of and painting dogs and sometimes cats here and there for almost 4 years now. No professional work, only personal with family and friends. I would care for a dog and cat at Kodama Farm in Washington (My brothers farm). I cared for a 1 year old, husky puppy for 1 whole year, every so often (my sisters dog). I’ve had more friends and family ask me to watch their puppers. In total I’ve been with a golden retriever, black lab, black lab mix, husky, pekingese, french bulldogs and an australian shepherd. Sometimes I even make drawings or paintings of the dogs I’m with! I’m an artist and I’m striving to create a pet portrait business and what better way to get in touch with owners than this app! I work landscape a couple days a week and work late on Sunday doing cleaning for a wedding venue. So I’m pretty free and have high hopes that watching your little friends will keep me busy. If i’m not watching your pet then I hope to be painting/ drawing them! I have a fenced yard with access to go inside and outside whenever they please. I love with my family, my brother has a dog that’s more of a people person than a dog person. Then a cat that is used to other dogs, but he’s still a cat. I’m super close to Waneka Lake and I’m close drive from other various parks or open spaces.
