About: I’ve always had a soft spot for animals, and apparently they've had one for me too. Hi, my name is Sarah and I live in the Boulder area. I’ve been a lifelong pet lover and have had the pleasure of sharing my life with all kinds of animals including dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, birds, and even livestock. Unfortunately, I recently became petless after my old girl passed away. This has left my love for pets homeless and I would love nothing more than to give it all to your babies. Cuddles, belly rubs, a good hike, maybe a little mud and a bath and of course some yummy treats, I’m here for it all! Whether your pet is a professional couch potato, an enthusiastic adventure buddy or just needs a little extra TLC, I have the experience and enough love to keep up with them. I’m currently working as part of a wildlife rehabilitation internship. I’m still in the first stage, so I only need to be there about 20 hours a week, which gives me lots of flexibility. This means I can work my internship schedule around what your pet needs! Early morning feedings? Done. Middle of the night potty breaks? Done. Need a midday nap buddy? Done. I’m open to both weekdays and weekends and with 24 hours’ notice, I can usually adjust my schedule to fit your pet’s needs. Your pet’s routine is important and I’m happy to work around it whenever I can! My first priority is making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I follow your instructions and your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible because I know that consistency can make a big difference when their favorite person isn’t around. This all starts with the bond I work to form with them from the moment I become the stranger invading their territory. I’m not just there to feed, walk and clean up messes. I’m there to make sure your pet doesn’t feel scared, abandoned or stressed while you’re away. I want you to be able to leave knowing that they’re not just being looked after, they’re being loved. That peace of mind for you also comes from my close attention to detail. No door will be left open. No change in behavior shall go unnoticed. No accident will be left unattended and no animal shall be shamed. I won’t just keep your pets alive. I’ll make sure they feel safe, secure and cared for, with lots of stories for you to come home to while you’re out creating your own memories.

About: I have always been somewhat of a dog whisperer. Love getting to know each of their personalities and learning their routines, coming down to their level gain trust and form a relationship. I enjoying getting outside and making sure they can get their exercise. I’m a cellist, so most of my days are spent practicing and going to rehearsals/teaching in the larger Boulder area. Most of my mornings are very free. I love going on walks with dogs, taking them to the dog park and socializing them with other dogs, using positive reinforcement to form and maintain good habits and everything in between. Care in your home is also important to me. I want to make sure you can have piece of mind that not only will you pet be taken care of but your home as well.

Our home is designed to be a calm, clean, low-stress sanctuary where your pup can truly relax. Every detail is set up with safety, joint support, and accessible comfort in mind—largely shaped by the loving care I gave my late senior dog, Kenny. Accessible, Low-Impact Living: • Zero-Stair Access: Our building features an elevator, so aging hips and stiff joints never have to navigate stairs. •Senior-Friendly Furniture: Our furniture is intentionally low to the ground for easy on-and-off access, and dogs are always welcome on the couch! We also have a cozy, dedicated "dog chair" and an orthopedic, human-grade toddler mattress originally purchased to soothe Kenny's arthritis. •Spotless & Fresh Comfort: Your pup's health and hygiene come first. The mattress has protective covers that is cleaned between visitors. •Cozy & Stocked: While we have a secure patio rather than a yard, our home is filled with plush blankets, orthopedic lounging spots, engaging toys, and healthy treats. Routine & Outdoor Time: Multiple walks throughout the day—whether your dog prefers brisk exercise or slow, leisurely walks. Crating & Comfort: Because my late dog had a difficult past with confinement when I rescued, I never forced crating and prioritize open, free-roaming comfort. However, if your dog feels safe in their crate routine, I am happy to accommodate—please bring their familiar crate.

“I can’t express in words how grateful we are to have Ivan as our Dog Walker and Sitter. Ivan is Extremely conscientious and dependable. He has never missed a walk and the dogs are always relaxed when I return home after work. He notices details about their health and informs me of Things such as I left my iron on (Yikes) or he noticed glass on the street While walking so that I avoid that area. . Ivan sends me daily engaging messages and pics about his visit with my two girls . He is the most responsible young man I know! My dogs are my children and I trust him completely with them, and in our home. Ivan has been walking my dogs at least 4xs weekly for about six months now and I hope we are lucky enough to keep him coming back for 6 mos more!! He has also come through sometimes at short notice to sit for the weekend. Also, One of my dogs had knee surgery and he was able to a accomodate all our special needs for ambulating her and giving her her pain meds. she is now 100% and now my other one will need the same surgery . I’m fortunate that I’ll know she is in good hands when Ivan is there. I could go on and on, but I think you can see he’s simply Amazing!!🙏❤️🐶🐶”

About: I am new to the area and looking to gain some experience taking care of fur babies!! I have three wonderful cats of my own- Toast, Piper, and Suki! I have spent the majority of my life living with dogs as well, and am looking forward to meeting some new pups! I am currently working part-time while I wait to start graduate school in January, so my schedule is very flexible. I am typically available after 9 or 10am Monday-Friday, but I may be able to care for your pets over the weekend if they need some weekend love! I am very respectful of owners’ homes and personal spaces, keeping the space organized and cleaning up after pets whenever necessary!
