About: I’ve taken care of animals from fish to horses from a young age and have been a regular pet sitter in my communities. I have experience with dogs aged 8 weeks and up, including senior dogs, and of all sizes. I especially love large breeds. I have equal amounts of experience with cats and have 2 cats of my own. I’m a full time student but my schedule is flexible. I am mostly available on the weekend and sometimes available on weekday mornings and evenings. My goal is to keep your pets life as peaceful and regular as possible while you are away. I prefer to meet in person with owners and pets before I begin care so we can go over their care and the environment in detail.

“I’d never used the app before but loved how easy it was for Sam to keep me updated both times he visited to walk our dog. Our dog is an old boy and can be a little defensive at times, and pretty slow-moving, but Sam was super patient with him. Sam walked him for a full 30 minutes and from what I can tell, he just let our dog take it slow, sniffing (and peeing on) all the things along the way, which is his absolute favorite thing to do. I’d recommend Sam for sure, and will ask him back if we ever need help with our pets again!”

About: I have a medium-large dog at home (around 70 pounds). I feel comfortable walking dogs of any size as far as they like. I have a grassy area outside my apartment that I can take your dog to whenever needed. I am available to dog sit over night on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday nights. I’m available throughout the day on weekends and Thursdays. I’m used to taking care of a dog (feeding, walking, playing, grooming), and I’d love to be able to again. The only restriction I have is my apartment complex’s rule go no pit bulls, german shepherds, or siberian huskys. I trained my dog at home from when she was a puppy, and she turned into an extremely friendly dog. I’d be happy take care of your puppy and help it learn how to interact with people.

About: I have had dogs growing up all of my life! I have a special place in my heart for dogs and I have volunteered with animal shelters and taken care of neighbors and families dogs. I am a Pilates Instructor and never work more than a 4 hour block so I have plenty of time in my schedule to help with pet care. When I am in a clients home I am always respectful and follow all rules and regulations set by them. I understand that pets are family and they will be treated with the utmost respect.

About: My 10 years in pet care experience has allowed me to gain a great understanding of what your pet needs in order to feel safe and loved while an owner is away from home. Pet Care is a full time love, and a full time job for me! Available 7 days a week to ensure your pet feels safe and well taken care of. Safety is my top priority. Learning your pets actions and behavior is crucial for me. Upon first visit I spend a great amount of time playing and analyzing your pets actions to better ensure a safe environment.

About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 13, primarily caring for cats and dogs. My experience includes dog walking, feeding, playtime, administering basic routines, and cleaning litter boxes. I’ve especially worked with older cats and dogs, so I understand the extra patience, attentiveness, and gentle care they often need. I also have two cats of my own back home, giving me firsthand experience in daily responsibilities and expectations of being a pet owner. Because of this, I’m very mindful about my care towards your pet! I’m currently a second-year, first-generation student at CU Boulder, balancing school and a Work-Study position. I’m generally available Thursday through Monday after 1 PM and can be flexible with advance notice. When I house sit I treat every home with respect, focusing on your pet while you’re away. I understand leaving your home and furry friend to a stranger can be worrisome so I do my best to comfort your pet and keep your space the way you like it.

Pet care is a crucial part of my daily routine with my Toy Australian Shepherd and Standard Australian Shepherd puppy, who both need plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Each morning, I play with my puppy in the yard for 2 hours, incorporating training exercises to keep her engaged. Walking doesn't raise either of their heart rates, but it's vital for training, so we try to walk every day as well. During the week, I focus on socializing my puppy since I'm training her to be a service dog. This commitment to their needs is a rewarding part of my life. Right now, I specialize in caring for dogs with separation anxiety while their parents are out to dinner, at work, or running errands, and this is by far my favorite form of pet care so far. I can either bring my puppy with me on sittings, or I have partnered up with a friend who will care for Tigger while I care for your dog. I will try to accommodate any special requests that don't quite fit into a category. When staying at a client’s home, I prioritize creating a safe and loving environment for their pets. I follow their routines closely, including feeding schedules, exercise, and playtime. I ensure that the pets receive plenty of attention, affection, and mental stimulation throughout the day. Additionally, I maintain clear communication with pet parents, sending updates and photos to keep them informed about their pets' well-being. My goal is to make their pets feel secure and happy while they are away. The safety of your pets is my top priority. I ensure that all doors and gates are securely closed to prevent escapes, and I use leashes during walks to maintain control. If there are any specific hazards in the home or yard, I will take precautions to keep your pets away from those areas. I also supervise playtime closely, especially if there are multiple pets or if my puppy is with me, to prevent any potential conflicts. Furthermore, I am experienced in reading dog body language to the point I can look at a dog and immediately know if they're stressed, which allows me to make appropriate decisions regarding their care and comfort. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where your pets can thrive while you’re away.
