She sent a picture everyday with an update of how Reeses was doing. Lilly made sure Reeses felt like it was her home as well an was very patient with her. Before I decided to book with her, I wanted to make sure Reeses and her dog Luna got along so she agreed to meet with me at a dog park so the dogs could meet, and we could meet. Luna is wonderful with other dogs and took on the bigger sister role for Reeses which is exactly what she needed. Aspen is an only child and can be a little needy and barky at times, and she definitely takes a while to warm up to new people. Before the stay, we asked if we could bring Aspen over briefly so she could meet Jill and get familiar with her and the environment. Jill was so kind and flexible in letting us do that, which gave both my partner and me so much peace of mind. To our surprise, Aspen warmed up to Jill and her yard immediately! Drop-off went smoothly, and throughout the weekend Jill took such great care of Aspen. She sent us photos and updates, which kept us in the loop and reassured us that our puppy was happy and doing well. She was also very flexible with pickup since we weren’t sure exactly when we’d be back in town, and that meant a lot. It was such a relief knowing our person-picky girl was in such good hands. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates and tons of great photos that made us feel like we were right there with him. She even dropped him off at the end of the stay. Third stay and this one was a longer international trip. Daisy always runs right into Martha’s home indicating she just loves it there! We always miss our pup while traveling but Martha makes us at ease knowing Daisy is well-cared for while we can’t have her with us.
Kayleigh is very kind and trustworthy, and did a great job taking care of my puppy Benson over a long weekend! I felt comfortable knowing he was staying there and in good hands. He had a great time playing with Finley and Oliver and came home happy and ready for a nap. I would definitely return to Kayleigh for dog boarding in the future.
Jill was amazing! This was my first time boarding a pup with Rover and she made me feel so comfortable and confident leaving for a vacation out of the country. I received multiple picture and video updates per day and it's clear my dog recieved a lot of love while I was gone. Amelia was so great. Just 2 days before our trip, my doggo had to go to the ER which resulted in a bland diet for the first few days of his stay that i had to prep. I was so worried it would cause Amelia stress, but she had no issue whatsoever taking that on! She even was so great to go above and beyond and provide some extra support getting my dog to his next sitter after her care. She is very thoughtful and I knew my guy was in good hands! Im excited to have another sitter I can go to!
This is our second time having Susan watch our dog Sophie, and Sophie was so excited to see them when we got to their house. Susan provided great updates, and when our flights got delayed she was very accommodating to our changing pickup schedule / process. We will absolutely be back to have Susan watch Sophie again ❤️😊

Paris was great in watching Rocky during my extended vacation! It’s always difficult for me to leave Rocky for even a weekend, let alone almost 2 weeks!
