“This was our first time ever boarding Aspen, and as nervous dog parents, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Jill. Aspen is an only child and can be a little needy and barky at times, and she definitely takes a while to warm up to new people. Before the stay, we asked if we could bring Aspen over briefly so she could meet Jill and get familiar with her and the environment. Jill was so kind and flexible in letting us do that, which gave both my partner and me so much peace of mind. To our surprise, Aspen warmed up to Jill and her yard immediately! Drop-off went smoothly, and throughout the weekend Jill took such great care of Aspen. She sent us photos and updates, which kept us in the loop and reassured us that our puppy was happy and doing well. She was also very flexible with pickup since we weren’t sure exactly when we’d be back in town, and that meant a lot. It was such a relief knowing our person-picky girl was in such good hands. Chris was fantastic! My dog is very shy at first around other dogs so was hoping she would come out of her shell a bit with a week of fun. Chris knew how to introduce her to the other dogs in a way for her to feel comfortable and she had a blast playing. Really enjoyed the daily pics!!

We had a wonderful experience with Susan and would absolutely trust her with Winnie again. Our 11-year-old Morkie, Winnie, has several health issues and requires multiple medications, so finding someone we feel comfortable leaving her with is incredibly important. Susan did a great job making sure Winnie received all of her medications and was well cared for throughout her stay. Susan was very easy to communicate with and kept us updated every day with messages and pictures, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Winnie loves to explore, and she had a great time enjoying Susan’s backyard, going on walks through the neighborhood, and spending time with Susan and her family throughout the day. When we picked Winnie up, it was clear that she felt comfortable and well cared for in their home. That meant so much to us. We would definitely ask Susan to dog sit again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and caring place for their dog while they are away.
Tiffany and Dante were a huge help as we booked a relatively short notice boarding request. They were quick to respond and reassuring as it had been a while since we left our dog with anyone overnight. They were accommodating and flexible as we scheduled the meet-and-greet, drop off, and picked up later than expected due to flight delays. Overall great experience!
Alejandra was great. Xochi was well taken care of and seemed very happy and comfortable when I went to pick her up. Alejandra was also incredibly flexible. Our flight home was cancelled and I was so relieved that she was able to add a couple days onto the booking and keep watching Xochi until we were able to get back. She also sent me pictures and let me know how Xochi did with other pets, something I was nervous about
