Can recognize and respond to signs of distress or illness, ability to administer medications, CPR certified and first aid when necessary. Krystal is so sweet with our boys! We always feel comfortable leaving them with her. She is very communicative and sends plenty of updates/photos. Wrigley and Nash have the best time here and love playing with their friends! ❤️

Krystal is a godsend. She’s super communicative and sends lots of pics and updates. I know my puppy is well taken care of when I pull up and she runs to Krystal’s door and immediately makes herself at home. It’s reassuring to know she comfortable and happy without me!

Schedule
I am available Monday - Sunday with open availability from 6:00am to 10:00pm, including all major holidays! Petcare fits into my daily and weekly schedule because I have chosen my true passion! Which is to work one on one as a professional care provider for animals full-time in my home.

Safety, trust & environment
Guests are never unattended while in my care. I have gates to section off certain areas if necessary. This proves helpful during feeding times, naps or when booking multiple guests. Potty breaks can be done in group or individually and will always be supervised. I will always ensure guest are safe, eating and comfortable. I will provide options like hand feeding or ad-ons to meals if necessary. Different types of bowls are available like slow feeders, kong feeders and snuffle mats. I like to gather as much information on my guests as possible whether it be allergies, diets or habits. As to ensure they are eating a pleasant meal during their stay. Fresh and clean water will always be available. There is always access to a 4 or a 2- gallon filtered water fountains, as well bowl options. I strive in maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe environment by cleaning up after guests immediately and disinfecting surfaces while safely using vet/kennel-approved cleaners. Kennels are also an option for napping or crate training (upon request) otherwise, guests are free to play and lounge where ever they would like. If your dog enjoys 🎶 music or a favorite show 📺 feel free to let me know! I also provide Dogtv for my guest to watch during playtime or nap time. I will always provide excellent communication and customer service skills. While effectively communicating with you, throughout the entirety of thier stay. I am compassionate, patient, kind, and able to build trusting relationships with both your dog(s) and you! Will always be available to provide updates and report cards on your dogs' behavior and activities. I will hold close attention to detail and provide photos, videos, or face time. To ensure they are having a comfortable stay and give you peace of mind, while you are away. Overall, I am dedicated and have a strong passion for animals. Therefore I find myself fully committed to providing the highest level of care and attention to each dog, this is essential to me. 💚🐾

A typical day
Daily activities consist of walks on private paths (weather permitting), activity mats, play time while socializing with other guests or my dogs Arya and Charlie, and lots of toys for chewing or ball toss! I will provide toys complimentary. If a guest gets attached to one they can take it home or I can hold it specifically for them to use for their next stay.
