About: Hi, I’m Amy! I am a former veterinary technician with three years of experience in emergency medicine, specializing in surgical anesthesia and patient care. I now work full-time in marketing, but animals have always been my greatest passion, which is why I spend my free time caring for pets. I live in Jamestown, Colorado with my sweet and adventurous dog Zoey. We are surrounded by beautiful mountain trails, quiet roads, and open spaces, so walks and outdoor adventures are a regular part of our days. Your pup can join in for a safe leashed stroll, a hike in the foothills, or a play session in the yard. Over the years I have provided house and pet sitting for many families, always offering the same attentiveness, respect, and affection to each client’s pets as I give to my own. I am clean, responsible, punctual, and flexible with scheduling. My veterinary background means I am trained in basic first aid and can confidently administer oral, intramuscular, and subcutaneous medications. Whether your pet needs exercise, playtime, medication, or simply a loving presence while you are away, I will make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for until you return. I work remote freelance positions which makes my days very flexible. My pup Zoey needs at least 5 miles a day, so we’re usually outside! I have a fenced yard that I share with my landlord’s two dogs and sometimes her daughter’s two. As such, I’m not offering in home services at this time.

About: I am a pre-vet student at CU and have worked as a vet-assistant for 2 years now. I have a lot of love and experience for all animals! I have had dogs my whole life, and being away from home I am really missing my pups, I would love to care for your pets! I have classes in the early morning and later afternoon, so I am totally free in the middle of the day! However, I am super flexible, and an early bird. I can work around whatever time works for you and your pets! In my home I feed and walk my dogs/take them on hikes all the time! I love to exercise outdoors, and love it even more when I have a companion with me.

About: Since I was about 9-10 I’ve cared for friend’s, family, and neighborhood dogs so I have had experience with taking care of dogs outside my own home. I’ve always been exposed to dogs my whole life coming from a dog loving family. I currently have 2 dogs which I care for, feed, walk, and love 24/7!! I am currently in school at CU Boulder. I have breaks throughout my schedule so your animals will not be home at any given time for too long. Since I live a 10 min walk from campus I can easily check in even during school days!! I have 1 cat at home who has never encountered dogs so any in my home services are preferred to be other cats who are friendly. I’m totally open for in client home care with cats and dogs of all ranges!!! I will easily follow your care instructions and give frequent updates :)

About: I’ve always had a love for animals, especially dogs. I am extremely detail-oriented and respectful of any of all requests! I’ve grown up being the “crazy dog friend” and have always been a go-to for any dog sitting! I spent this whole summer dog sitting my Uncle’s Labrador retriever puppy. Everyday I went over, took her for a walk, played a little and made sure she had water/was fed. While there I also taught her some tricks! During college I would also go to the humane society and walk the dogs every week and give them some love and attention. About: While growing up, I had my two golden retrievers to keep me company. I would take my dogs on long distance hiking trips and eventually go backpacking with them. I trained my dogs very well growing up, to ensure that they could listen to my verbal and non-verbal commands to keep them safe in the outdoors. I have sat for friend's dogs in the passed, but only for a few hours. Long story short, I am an outdoor guy, I don't like spending time inside, which is why I am a perfect friend for a dog. Your dog will be spoiled with: love, exercise, outdoors, adventures, massages, play, and constant attention. Through Rover I have signed up for the house/dog sitting option, which brings me to my next point, I can take care of dogs for the entire weekend, and take them to go hiking in Wilderness Areas (owners choice). Also I work 8 hours a day on weekdays, and can provide care and staying at houses at night. I have cared for horses when I volunteered at a ranch. I have cared for multiple dogs of all ages, and I am looking to care for more. I have my own business in Boulder, CO. I have a flexible schedule. I am still currently figuring out winter life and jobs, either ski patroller, avalanche forecaster, or forester. I will know my winter schedule in next few weeks. I care for pets by making them the center of attention. If I am tasked to house sit and babysit dogs, they wont go out of my sight. I plan to have them on leash the entire time while going on walks and hikes.
