About: I helped care for my family’s Golden Doodle from the time she was a few weeks old up until she turned two. Since moving to Seattle, my sister, Paige, and I have continued dog sitting together—everything from a playful Corgi to a half St. Bernard/Bernese Mountain Dog mix. While we no longer live in the same home, we still team up to give pets the best care. Payton, who lives in a studio, is the primary sitter, and I (Paige) join in on occasion from my townhouse. Together, we focus on house sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walking—but we’re no longer offering boarding. We love tailoring care to your pet’s personality, whether that means long walks and playtime or a slower, more relaxed day. I know how hard it may be to find a quality and affordable sitter for the time you may be away from home, and I am flexible with pricing! I cared for my childhood dog well into her older years and am comfortable working with senior pets. While I am new to the pet and house sitting scene, I think I’m at a great point in my life to provide short term pet care. I currently have both weekday and weekend availability, and am open to both overnight stays and drop-ins depending on your pet’s needs. Overall, my schedule is very flexible. In the client’s home, I am comfortable with crating pets, supervising and timing potty breaks, keeping the space clean, and supporting the pet’s livelihood. Overall, I appreciate when the client provides any information they would like me to know about caring for their pet because everyone and every pet is different! Eliane watched my 2 cats for a week and she was great! One of my cats had to unexpectedly get teeth removed before my trip so I was concerned about his pain. Eliane keep him on a schedule with his pain meds and made me feel comfortable about leaving them and didn't bat an eye when I spam texted lol. She left my house better than I left it AND brought in my mail. She's a gem and I can't recommend her enough.
Nora was great with my two dogs for a last minute booking! I'm usually pretty anxious about a new sitter while I'm out for long, but Nora did a great job sending updates and I could tell they were very comfortable with her. Sarah stayed in our house with our nervous dog Dewey for eight days this summer and she was WONDERFUL! I highly recommend having her stay with your pets! She was very responsive throughout the stay and we loved getting photos of Dewey every day. She also took care of our leopard geckos and button quail as well as our house plants and garden. We returned to a happy dog and a clean house! I'm hoping she can stay with Dewey when we go out of town again!
