“Kira was an amazing dog sitter! One of our dogs has separation anxiety, and Kira did a great job keeping her calm and cared for. They also asked a lot of great questions to make sure they had all of the information they needed about our dogs while we were gone. They sent us pictures of the dogs and gave status updates while we were gone which was really appreciated! They were very flexible with time too, I was able to book them with just a few days notice, and had to stay out later than expected which was no problem for them. I have a friendly disposition and I have a natural sensitivity to the needs of other. I am pretty flexible and I can even do some overnights (if needed). I am a very reliable and patient caretaker for pets, who is good at following instructions and is willing to make any kind of accommodations needed for your pet. Laura is kind and caring, took wonderful care of Zorro in our home, and is also very talented. We were surprised with a pet portrait that totally captured Zorro's essence. Carissa did a great job with Tater. I had Carissa watch Tater while i was out of town for several days / night and she did a great job caring for him and giving him the attention and getting him the exercise he needed as a one year old Cavapoo. Would definitely use Carissa in the future.
Evan was so very accommodating with my ever-changing schedule! He and Quinn stayed in my home for a week, caring for my 4 dogs and 1 cat. They were punctual and friendly and my pets were happy and safe with them while I was gone. I will be contacting them the next time I take a trip, so that is the highest recommendation I can give them.
Trish was amazing. She is so communicative from start to finish. We have BIG dogs and she was able to make friends with them right away. She sent the most amazing and adorable pictures every day and kept us up to date. We had a last minute medication add for our cat and she handled no problem. She left our house in perfect condition. Our pets seemed uninterested that we were home, which always means they were well cared for!!
i truly cannot recommend brandi enough! she went above and beyond in every way, and i felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in her care. she showed up right on time, even while she wasn’t feeling well, which honestly says so much about her reliability and commitment. she kept me consistently updated with thoughtful messages and photos, which made being away so much easier. it was clear my dog was happy, comfortable, and well cared for the entire time. on top of that, she was incredibly respectful of my home and left everything spotless. communication was seamless, she was responsive, kind, and just overall a joy to work with. it’s rare to find someone this dependable, attentive, and genuinely caring. i would trust her again without hesitation and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional sitter!!

Brittany and Kyle have sat our dogs for us numerous times, both in their home and ours. Brittany has been the main person watching them and communicating with us, particularly when sitting them in our home. Our two dogs seem to be happy and comfortable with her, even our super anxious girl. Communication is easy and responsive, and we always know the dogs will be safe and cared for. Our house is also as clean as we left it with some extra tidying up such as trash bagged up and sheets taken off the bed, which is a step above in my opinion. We will continue to use Brittany and Kyle for future dog sitting needs!
Yong is incredible. I was so stressed out, trying to find someone to watch my dog for the weekend, and needed someone that would give him a lot of attention and time. Yong went so far above and beyond in terms of the time he spent with him, the care, and all of the updates. I could tell that I had found someone super unique, who truly loves animals and is a very kind human being. Was so grateful to have. Yong watch Freddy, and I learned that I had no reason to ever worry at all!
Kathy was an exceptional pet and house sitter, providing attentive, loving care for our beloved dog. She followed our instructions, communicated often with texts, photos, and videos, and exercised him daily at the nearby dog park. Kathy responded immediately to my request for housesitting, and we arranged a phone call soon after. We were in an unexpected, stressful situation in that another house sitter (not a Rover sitter) abruptly cancelled while we were on vacation and left us in a lurch. As such, we needed someone on very short notice to care for our dog. Kathy came to the rescue, went above and beyond, and provided the calm reassurance and competent care we needed after the unexpected cancellation.
