Our dogs loved Sam. Our dogs are older and we were anxious about leaving them with somebody new. But Sam’s experience and her interactions with our pups during the meet and greet, helped put our minds at ease. She was a great communicator prior to our trip and sent daily updates with pictures. There aren't enough words to express how good she was, but I'll try! She was professional and so caring, not just with our dogs, but with our home too. Our flight got delayed and she didn't hesitate to stay later and wait for us. She followed our instructions to the letter, down to the smallest details. One of our dogs needed a bit of extra medical attention during the stay, and she handled it exactly like we would have: calm and on top of it the whole time. By the end, our dogs didn't want her to leave, and honestly, neither did we. Can't recommend her enough!
To go the extra mile is an understatement! Kira was fantastic with my two dogs and handled the fact that my male dog is 150 lbs with ease.I was updated on their meals and happiness each morning and evening.
