“Amy took excellent care of our two dogs and our home for 10 days. Amy was reliable, responsive, kind, and respectful. She followed our instructions and had outstanding communication. We would absolutely love to work with Amy again.”
“If we could leave more than 5 stars, we would! Caroline was wonderful and really went above and beyond. We appreciated her updates and photos of our dog Penny, and hearing about how Penny was adjusting and what kinds of fun they were having together. We came home to a happy, healthy dog and a sparkling clean house - Caroline took initiative to vacuum, wash the linens, and clean the bathroom even though we had not asked or expected that. We feel she did a really excellent job with Penny and the house, and we would absolutely hire her again!”

“Katie did a great job taking care of our boys! We received updated daily and pictures. She also cleaned up the house before leaving, we will be using her again!”

“Jen took great care of our fur kiddos! She was the perfect sitter - communicative, friendly, and trustworthy. She sent the amount of updates we appreciate - not too many but not too few. We felt completely confident that our animals were in great care.”

“Bryan is a kind and dog loving person. He was attentive to my dogs needs. He played a lot with her and really interacted with her. I couldn’t tell he’d stayed in our home; everything was neat and clean when we got home. My dog really loved Bryan!”

About: Hi! My name’s Anastasia I’ve had dogs my whole life spent lots of time with newborn puppies I grew up with yorkies, Maltese, and a white lab, I have spent many hours playing and cuddling with my cavalier, King Charles spaniel. I have given small dogs baths and medicine.I love walks being outside as much as possible. I know some fun dog parks and good trails in the Kirkland area. I’m available from 10am - 10pm Saturday -Tuesday! I’d love to take care of your little buddy, let me know how I can help! Anastasia I am currently a grad student and a counseling intern with my own dog. I love to hang out with so on my off days I can spend a little extra time, taking care of other dogs I treat your dog like I treat my own when they’re with me they are the little princess or Prince. Learning your house rules so I can take care of them when I’m there as well as providing a safe environment when they’re at my home.
“Shana was very attentive to Cleo and shared daily pictures. Cleo was well fed and happy when I returned home from my trip. Boarding with her was very easy and I would reccomend.”

“I have a reactive dog who struggles to meet new people, especially men. And wow! I was totally blown away by how Robert used such confidence and gentleness with my dog. He was able to snag Winston to the dog park for the first time in years successfully. I am honestly so grateful and surprised to have found such a solid dog sitter. I cannot recommend booking him enough!!”
About: * I am certified in Dog CPR + First Aid (through Udemy) Hi there! I’m Elly, and I’ve been a proud Rover sitter since 2022, with several repeat clients who trust me to care for their furry family members. I even did pet sitting full-time for a few months and loved every minute of it! I have open availability Monday through Friday from 8 am to 7 pm. Whether your pet needs a potty break, a play session, or just some company and cuddles, I’m happy to help. I’ve been caring for animals for years, both personally and professionally. I share my home with two playful dogs, a curious cat, and have had a free-roam sassy bunny before—so I’m well-versed in different personalities! Many of my friends and family have relied on me for pet care in the past as well! I’ve also worked in a veterinary setting, which means I’m comfortable with pets of all ages, breeds, and temperaments, and I’m familiar with basic medication routines and basic health. Your pet’s comfort and happiness are always my top priorities. I’d love to get to know your furry friend and provide them with the same love and care I give my own crew. Let’s connect! I have two dogs and a cat of my own at home, Rin, Itachi, and Lenny! Along with a bunny back in Wisconsin, Bohdi. Itachi is a corgi that has been a part of my life for almost five wonderful years. Rin is going on almost three years, but the time we have had them together has been a learning process. They need constant attention and it has really shaped how I respond to other dogs and having dogs and cats together. They have taught me patience, but also how to train and treat accordingly, since each dog is different. I have experience with other animals as stated, and am able to adapt. My current services include drop-in visits and walks. I will certainly treat your pets as my own and will respect any wishes you may have for your requested service! With my services being drop-ins, walks, I am typically in the pet owners homes. I will usually ask for instructions for new service requests in writing or through the messenger to ensure everything goes smoothly! Usually when I am going into the homes, I go in slowly to make sure the animals aren't freaked out. Each visit, no matter how many times I may have been there, I let the animal smell me and give a few pets before I do anything else. I follow all instructions for the specific service, photos are sent each visit, and I always clean up after myself. I do not overstay my welcome and I usually just finish the tasks at hand and leave after the allotted time! I also include a very detailed note per visit so pet owners know exactly what I did. I am willing to provide anything needed like bags, toys, treats, etc. if you let me know in advance!
“Jessica was great with my 3 crazy pups. She showed patience and eventually won them over and took great care of them while we were out of town. She respected my home like it was her own and communicated extremely well throughout our absence. I felt she genuinely cared so much about my furbabies that I already rebooked her for my upcoming trip out of town.. thank you Jessica for making our family feel at ease.”

“I highly recommend Cory. He took excellent care of my Maltese dog, who is very shy with strangers. He walked my dog a lot and spent a lot of time with him.”

“Loretta is amazing! Never have I felt so comfortable leaving my dogs with anyone.. ❤️ I have three dogs and two geriatric, one blind and one deaf and Loretta was attentive, loving and communicative with great updates and photos!”

Kingsgate pet parents share their Rover experiences
Hailey was a fantastic sitter for our two dogs with very different needs. She was attentive, caring, and followed all our instructions perfectly. We really appreciated the regular updates she shared throughout her stay. Both dogs got plenty of physical exercise and mental stimulation, and it was clear they were happy and well cared for. She also left the house neat and tidy. It was a pleasure working with her, and we’ll definitely be booking her again. Highly recommend!

Lexi is a wonderful house guest and dog sitter. She was very respectful of the house and left it better than how she found it. Both our dogs absolutely loved her! She sent lots of updates and pictures and was very communicative. She spent lots of time walking, playing, and loving on the dogs. A great experience overall. We would highly recommend lexi to anyone looking for a dog sitter.

Madeleine did an amazing job caring for our kitties and our home while we were away. We received frequent updates and photos. Madeleine was very patient and understanding of our cats’ personalities and preferences for engagement, which we really appreciated. We will definitely have Madeleine care for our kitties again!

Chelsea was amazing with our dogs. The dogs loved her during our meet and greet, where she was very kind & pleasant, thorough with her questions, and ensured that she understood all our needs. During the dogsitting itself, she was regular with her communication and updates about how everything was going. Finally, I could tell when we got back home, the dogs were super relaxed and had a great time with Chelsea. They were loved and taken care of well. Chelsea was also very respectful of our space and took good care of our home, as we came back to everything neat and tidy. I look forward to having her watch our boys again. Chelsea is AWESOME!
Would not consider leaving our Scout in the care of anyone else but Jessica! She is amazing. Gives Scout her total attention, keeps us abreast daily while away with photos and Scout’s status. Administers all of Scout’s medications and monitors her well-being. It’s obvious Jessica really cares about Scout and Scout really cares about Jessica.

Jess was a great in home pet sitter, spent lots of time with our cat and dog while we were away for a long weekend. Sent lots of photos/videos and updates, kept the place clean, and even helped out with feeding our fish. My dog is a bit complicated with strict feeding instructions and she did a great job with feeding her correctly and gave her lots of walks and cuddles. Our cat even cuddled too and he doesn’t usually cuddle with new people! Very happy and would recommend Jess to anyone! Thanks!

Shana is absolutely exceptional! I can’t say enough. My cat is skittish and very wary of people other than my immediate family. Shana was calm, professional, and wise dealing with a scared little kitty and an anxious overseas owner! By the end of our 2-week engagement, Arya (kitty) was cuddling up on Shana’s lap as if she’d known her forever. I recommend Shana without hesitation for “normal” pets, but also have to shout out the extraordinarily high caliber of care for pets that may be a little more tricky 😊 …she’s firmly established as our go-to for help with little, quirky, well-loved Arya!

A ‘Pearle’ of perfection! We hired Pearle to housesit and take care of our beloved 6 year old Bernese Mountain Dog, Hank. The stay was longer than most as we were traveling out of country. For nearly three weeks, Pearle took care of all Hank’s needs including administering allergy medications and overseeing a bath and groomer visit to our home. Not only was our house safe, secure, and everything in order when we arrived home, but our pup was happy to see us without being clingy and needy because he obviously had been getting a lot of attention while we were away. We could not have asked for more! Pearle exceeded all of our expectations and we would hire her again without hesitation. If you want peace of mind for yourself and your pets, definitely reach out to Pearle! ❤️

Nicole took such good care of my dog Josie! Josie is nervous of new people but she warmed up to Nicole so quickly, I appreciated Nicole's understanding of nervous/particular dogs. She stopped in my apartment multiple times a day to take care of Josie, and I loved the daily update pictures she sent me. Thanks so much :)

Branden was an amazing dogsitter for our two dogs, Luna and Astro, during a 4-night trip. He went above and beyond our expectations! At our initial meetup, the dogs were immediately at ease around Branden, even though Astro is typically very anxious around new people (especially men). On every day of our trip, Branden sent us updates/photos of the dogs. It was clear they were having a great time, getting to spend much of the day outside in the yard, playing fetch and soaking up the sun. Because of Astro’s leash aggression, we told Branden that he did not have to take them on walks, but he was still able to do several walks/runs in spite of this. Both we and the dogs appreciated the extra exercise! Overall our experience with Branden was wonderful, and we hope to use his services again in the future!

Caleb went above and beyond for our aging old gal that takes a lot of effort to care for. He even stopped an extra time to grab a package delivery for us that had frozen items in it and put them in the freezer! House was spotless as well after house sitting. Cant recommend him enough :)

We booked For home sitting services with Jessica and Tim. Tim was amazing with my dog, Lucky! He arrived right on time and spent the whole day with him, giving him great care and attention. Both Tim and Jessica are wonderful people, and I’m really looking forward to having them sit for Lucky again.
