Chloe was incredible from beginning to end! This was my first time booking care for my puppy, and she immediately put me at ease. She was responsive, took the time to really get to know Bayne at our meet-and-greet, and kept me updated with lots of photos while I was away. When Bayne unfortunately had a fall and needed veterinary care, Chloe went above and beyond. She handled everything, kept me informed, and managed his follow-up care like he was her own. Our plans changed the day before we were scheduled to leave and we couldn’t bring our dog as planned, we frantically looked for a dog sitter and luckily we found Ethan! He was so wonderful with our dog Lucy while we were gone for a week. He took her for daily walks as we asked and kept in frequent communication with us about day to day activities, sending us pictures. He was neat and clean and respectful of our home.
