They also asked a lot of great questions to make sure they had all of the information they needed about our dogs while we were gone. Luke did a great job. The house was left immaculate and all the animals were well taken care of. I would have preferred better communication. I'm used to daily updates with pictures. I received one picture the entire week and any updates I had to initiate. He didn't stay over two of the seven nights. I would have preferred communication to that effect so I would be aware of this ahead of time as with previous dogs, this would have been a huge issue. Luckily with our current dog, she did ok but it was her first nights alone.
