“Juan was absolutely amazing with Miles and his dog Odie is the most behaved dog I’ve ever seen. He was constantly in touch with updates and pictures and responded super quickly! He also returned my dog’s food bowl completely washed😭 so I would 100% him for whenever anyone needs a sitter as he really goes above and beyond. Miles came back completely drained from so many walks and playing with Odie and other dogs at the park!”

About: I’ve raised my own Golden Retriever since he was 8 weeks old, so I have real daily experience caring for a dog through every stage of growth and routine. Through caring for him, I’ve become very familiar with feeding schedules, walks, exercise, playtime, grooming, and making sure a dog feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I truly love dogs and understand how important it is to treat them with patience, attention, and affection. I know that every dog has their own personality and routine, and I always try to make them feel as comfortable and cared for as possible. I am home full-time, so I have a very flexible schedule and can provide dogs with plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m able to take them out every 2–4 hours for walks or potty breaks, depending on their usual routine and needs. My neighborhood also has a nearby trail, which is perfect for walks and extra exercise. Since I am home most of the day, I can give dogs a safe, comfortable, and well-supervised environment. I am also available on weekends and holidays, which makes it easier to accommodate different schedules and last-minute care needs. I offer a clean, calm, and pet-friendly home where dogs can feel safe and comfortable. My home is non-smoking, located in a quiet neighborhood, and everyone in my household is very friendly and welcoming to dogs. We do not currently have any other pets, which can be a great fit for dogs who do best in a peaceful environment. We also have a yard for outdoor time, and I always prioritize supervision, safety, and each dog’s comfort. My goal is to make every dog feel cared for, relaxed, and at home.
About: I have over 5 years of experience caring for dogs of different breeds, sizes, and personalities. I am a full-time Rover so I will pay 100% attention on the cuties. As a dog parent, I know the importance of trust and reputation. Things I will provide during Sitting&Daycare&boarding: •Walking every four hours •Only accept a limited number of dogs at a time • Playtime with toys, fetch, and enrichment games •At lease ten video/pics per day •24 hours camera •Safe&nice environment and emotional care Pet care is a central part of my daily routine. I currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to provide consistent supervision and individualized attention throughout the day. Because I spend a lot of time at home, I am able to closely monitor pets for any changes in behavior, appetite, or activity level and respond quickly if needed. I also provide regular updates, photos, and videos so owners can feel confident and connected while their pets are in my care. My apartment is kept very clean and sanitized regularly to help maintain a healthy environment and minimize the risk of illness transmission. There are also two dog parks nearby, providing convenient opportunities for exercise, enrichment, and outdoor activities when appropriate for each dog's needs. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always strive to make them feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for.
About: 🐶About Me & My Experience with Dogs Hi! I have over 16 years of experience caring for dogs, specializing in small and medium pups only, so your dog will always be in a calm, safe, and stress-free environment. I’ve lived with dogs since I was a child and have always considered them part of my family. I’ve cared for a Poodle, a Chihuahua, and a Jindo-Retriever mix, and I currently have a small Chihuahua who is very precious to me. I moved to the U.S. from Korea with my dog, so I truly understand how important it is to find someone you can fully trust with your pet. 💙 How I Care for Dogs I focus on providing a calm, safe, and comfortable environment for small or medium dogs I treat every dog like family and provide gentle, attentive care—just like caring for a baby. I pay close attention to each dog’s personality, routine, and needs so they can feel relaxed and at home. 🐶 Small or medium dogs only (up to 19lbs) 🏡 Loving, clean, and cozy home environment 🫶🏻Care tailored to your dog’s routine and needs 📸 Daily photo & video updates for peace of mind 🫐🍎organic blueberries and apples as treats 🐾 Paw pads gently cleaned after every walk My goal is to make sure your dog feels loved, secure, and happy while you’re away. 🩵 Love, Attention & Cleanliness I treat every dog with love and careful attention, while also maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. My goal is to create a clean, safe, and comfortable space where dogs feel happy, relaxed, and well cared for. 👟 We don’t wear shoes indoors, so your dog stays in a clean space at all times. 🐾 After walks, I gently wipe your dog’s paws with pet-safe wipes before coming inside. 🧼 Hygiene Care I pay close attention to bowl hygiene and water quality, as bacteria can quickly build up from saliva and food residue. Poor hygiene can lead to digestive issues, skin irritation (especially around the mouth and chin), and reduced water intake. • Food bowls are washed after every meal • Water bowls are cleaned daily before bedtime • Fresh water is provided multiple times throughout the day I believe proper hygiene is essential for a dog’s health, comfort, and overall well-being. 💧 Fresh, filtered water is provided regularly. During colder seasons, I prepare lukewarm water for extra comfort. 🥣 Water and food bowls are cleaned after every meal using baby dish soap, a distilled vinegar, or baking soda. ✨ Floors and surfaces are cleaned regularly, and I use a chemical-free steam cleaner along with carefully selected, low-toxin products like Attitude and Better Life to create a safe and hygienic environment for dogs. I care for every dog with the same level of love, attention, and cleanliness that I give to my own dog. I’d love to do a meet & greet first to make sure your pup feels comfortable🫶🏻 🐾 One Dog Per Booking I’m available for both boarding and daycare. Since I have my own dog at home, I only accept one booking at a time and care for one small or medium dogs (up to 20lbs) to ensure a calm and safe environment. When I lived in Korea, I cared for family dogs for over the years, so I’m very comfortable and experienced with dog care. Your pup will receive my full attention, a consistent routine, and plenty of love. 📍 My Space I live in a cozy apartment that’s well-suited for small dogs. To help protect their joints and prevent slipping, the living room is covered with baby play mats. There are designated potty areas and a clean artificial turf space behind the building for easy potty breaks. Nearby Woodin Creek Park is just a 5 minute walk away—perfect for daily walks, light runs, and extra playtime.
About: I've been around dogs since I was three -- my family has had one for as long as I can remember. Our last was a Bichon Frise we brought home at six months old and loved until she passed at almost sixteen. Because I was older by then, I took on much more of her day-to-day care, and I learned to train alongside her as she learned to be a better-behaved dog. Her senior years also taught me a lot about patience, medication schedules, and the small adjustments older dogs need. I have less experience with cats, but several friends have them and I've looked after theirs while they were out of town. I enjoy their company and respect that they have their own personalities, quite different from dogs. Whether your pet is a bouncy puppy, a set-in-their-ways senior, or a cat who'd rather I keep my distance, my family would love to care for them like they're our own companion animal. Either my husband or I are home most of the day with our two-year-old son, so your dog won't be left alone for long stretches. Our days already run on his schedule -- quite frequent neighborhood walks, meals and potty breaks at consistent times, and plenty of activity in between. I'm happy to follow your dog's own routine instead if you send it along; consistency matters more than convenience. One note: with a small child at home, we're a better fit for dogs who are comfortable around kids. He's gentle and used to dogs, and I never leave the two unsupervised -- but if yours would rather not share space with a two-year-old, we may not be the right match. In my home, dogs are part of the household rather than guests kept at arm's length. Before a stay I put away anything a curious dog shouldn't reach (e.g. toddler toys, small objects, houseplants, cleaning supplies) and I ask ahead about counter-surfing or trash habits so I can plan around them. Our yard isn't fenced, so outdoor time is always supervised with your dog leashed or on a long line with me. I keep a consistent routine for meals, medication, and potty breaks, and I'll send photos and updates through the day. If a dog seems overwhelmed, I give them a quiet space to decompress rather than pushing them to socialize. In your home, I follow your instructions closely and treat your space with care -- doors and gates double-checked, everything left as I found it. I'd rather ask than guess, so I'll want to know feeding amounts, walk routes, which rooms are off-limits, and what your dog does when anxious. I'll also ask for your vet's information and an emergency contact before the first visit. Either way, I know where the nearest 24-hour emergency vet is, and I'll contact you right away if anything seems off. I'd rather over-communicate than have you find out later.
“Candra and her family took such great care of our dog! They were so loving and attentive to him. They cared for all of his needs. He had plenty of yard space to explore and got regular walks. She sent us pictures and kept us updated on how he was doing which we greatly appreciated. He came home very happy and we would absolutely book with them again!”

We just moved to Kirkland and are so happy our friend recommended Jc and Anh. They were so professional from start to finish - super responsive, very caring about our dog’s needs, and they were flexible when we were running a bit late to pick up. We will definitely have our dog stay with them again and would highly recommend to anyone!

Kayla was amazing! She took great care of Luca, was patient with him and helped him settle on his first time being left at someone’s house. She took lots of pictures and was very helpful in sharing progress through the day. Her dog Mort is an absolute sweetheart and the friendliest pup. It was clear Luca had a great time with Mort and Kayla.

Had a great experience with Chen. She took care of our pupa and was wonderful with him. She took him out for walks and to play at dog park, and kept us updated by sending photos and videos throughout the day which we really appreciated. Our pup looked very happy in her care and came back home tired and content 😃 Happily recommend Chen to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter!

Isaac has been wonderful with our pup. His leash walking has improved, he’s well cared for with regular walks and feeding, and he’s always happy when he goes and comes back. We also really appreciate how flexible and accommodating Isaac is with our changing schedules. Highly recommend!

Ming was an amazing dog sitter! She is extremely responsible and provided frequent updates throughout the day, which made me feel very comfortable and reassured. I could always know how Cookie and Olu were doing. It’s clear that she truly cares about the dogs she looks after. I would absolutely recommend her and would be happy to book with her again!

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in WA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
