“Xuemei is reliable, accommodating and friendly. Peppi loves spending time with her and her dog, Lily. This is Peppi’s second time coming to her place and it looks like he will keep coming back.”

“Ya-Han was amazing with Snowy! I loved receiving regular updates and adorable pictures, which reassured me that Snowy was having a fantastic time. It’s clear that Ya-Han genuinely cares for the pets she looks after. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving pet daycare provider, and I’m looking forward to booking with her again!”

“Suyu is excellent and taking care of my dog- I couldn’t ask for better help. If you’re looking for a consistent and communicative sitter- look no further and book with Suyu.”

“Stephanie is the best. She goes the extra mile to take care of Archie. She’s also super professional and won’t bother you with stuff you shouldn’t need to worry about.”

“Ketaki is truly a lifesaver! I made a scheduling mistake, and she stepped in without hesitation to care for our little Zoey. She’s warm, reliable, and Zoey absolutely adores her. We feel so lucky to have found someone so kind and dependable!”

“Cheng and Selina are A++ sitters (and their dog Milu is an angel, too)! They really care about making sure everything about the stay is perfect, and spoiled Pebbles rotten while he was there (and you get lots of updates on his adventures, too!) 10/10 tail wags. You won't regret booking with them.”

About: I am the primary caregiver to a ~10-year-old golden retriever rescue; as she has discovered, your dog will be lavished with attention by myself, my wife and our three elementary school aged children. I work from home which allows me to check on your pet frequently as well take them on 2x daily walks or over to the nearby dog park, if desired. We have a large fenced yard for your dog to explore alongside and our own very well-mannered golden retriever. We can also crate your dog if preferred.
“Luisa takes such great care of my senior dog Ruby. She treats her like her own dog with so much love and attention each visit. Luisa makes every effort to make Ruby as comfortable as possible by letting her outside every few hours for a potty opportunity, cuddling her and kisses, allowing her to lay outside in the sun - her favorite! I appreciate Luisa’s regular updates with photos during the day. I would highly recommend Luisa for her attentive and loving care.”

About: I had my fur baby dog for 16 years. He was a stray dog, and I rescued him and lived 16 beautiful years together, until he passed away in 2023. I will always miss him and I'd also love to adopt another dog, but the time is not right for me because of my work schedule these days. That is why I want to help other people to take care of their dog, to help you with tight schedules giving you the confidence that your dog gets her daily walk in the best hands; I will take care of your dog as I did with mine, always on top of it. I am passionate about dogs and I can adapt to any age, physical capacity and level of energy. I also know how to manage reactive dogs and read their body language. I am very skillful at identifying triggers and avoiding stressful situations. And above all, keeping everyone safe. I am excited about having fun together while walking your dog! I am currently working full-time, so I am available to walk your dog on the evenings during weekdays. If you need to pick him up later in the night, I can also pet sit him a couple of hours. I provide day care during weekends. I have my own rule of 100% of the time on-leash; I'd never leave a dog off-leash in the city. I can do 30 minutes walk, and a couple of hours pet sitting at my place after that if needed during weekdays. I can daycare and board during weekends only.
“Anzhelika was great with my Beagle, June and she came back happy and relaxed after a day boarding with her. Her downtown location is super convenient. I’d definitely book with her again!”

“Akansha was a wonderful pet sitter. She sent numerous updates to let us know that our puppy was having a wonderful time. June, Akansha’s loving Beagle, is a very patient dog who is helping our puppy learn important socialization skills and Akansha provided all the human attention a puppy needs. They are an outstanding team.”

About: I have 3 years of pet care experience. I like to take of the dogs. I can ensure that the pets will feel safe, happy, loved when you are away. I am currently working from home. So I can take care of pets on weekdays and weekends. I also have a dog, so your pet will also have company. I have a covered patio, and my dog is very friendly with other dogs. Will feed the food and take them for walks on time.
About: I have been around dogs and cats since I was a child. Growing up, I took care of our family pets by feeding them, cleaning up after them, playing with them, and making sure they felt loved and safe. Over the years, I’ve become very comfortable and confident around animals, and I truly enjoy spending time with them. I’m available from Monday to Thursday, and since I’m currently a housewife, I have plenty of time and flexibility to take care of your pet throughout the day. I can provide not only the basic care like feeding and walks, but also spend quality time giving them love, attention, and companionship. I truly enjoy being around animals, and I’m happy to create a safe and comfortable environment for them while you’re away. As a dog sitter, I provide a safe and trustworthy environment where your dog can feel at home. Since I’m a housewife and home most of the day, your dog will never be left alone for long periods. I make sure they are always comfortable, whether it’s by giving regular walks, playtime, or just relaxing by my side. I take time to learn each dog’s personality and needs—whether they’re energetic and playful or calm and shy—so I can adjust my care to what makes them happiest. My goal is to make your dog feel secure, loved, and stress-free while you’re away.
About: [New Rover users can use our code krystp10490 for $20 off their first booking with us.] We have a playful (and maybe lonely) 1.5 year old Shiba at home, whom we’re sure would appreciate some company! We are a pretty outdoor couple, and enjoy going on hikes and to parks often. - We’d be happy to bring your furry companion on some of our outdoor adventures too! We do prefer small - medium dogs, since we live in an apartment, and thus also non-barky dogs. We will only take in one dog at a time. The only asks from us is that your dog is house trained, non-aggressive, and does not chew on furniture. We have a small balcony, but otherwise have a living and dining area where they can freely roam about. We have spent a great amount of effort and time training our pup, and he has come a long way since… so you can be reassured that we know the importance of structure and consistency. My wife is currently not working and almost fully at home on weekdays, so we will be able to give undivided attention to your dog. :) On weekends, we like to bring our pup out for hikes, so obviously we will include your dog on it too if he / she likes them. We stay in a secured apartment, and on the upper floors, so no escapes would be possible. ;) We never go off-leash with our pup, so we will ensure all walks are leashed.
“It was a great experience to have a day boarding for my Dog June with Christina. She was very responsive, updated us with pictures and videos and followed all her care instructions really well. June came back happy. I would highly recommend her!”

“We love Sreymom and Akina! Sreymom is a thoughtful, calm person and dog whisperer. Her home is completely dog friendly. My guys instantly warmed up to her. One of my boys has severe separation anxiety and needs a loving human around. The other is a playful, social butterfly. Akina welcomed them both and they instantly packed up. She calmed the one and played with the other. Despite it being their first visit, both boys were happy and relaxed when I picked them up. They’ve already asked when they can go see Akina and Sreymom again! Thank you and we’ll be back soon!”

“Cookie and Olu spent the day here and had a great time! The host was super nice and took good care of them. They came home happy. We’ll definitely come back again.”

“Stephanie was such a great dog sitter!! Dewey was still pulling towards her and Louie when it was time for pickup ☺️. She was super responsive, sent lots of pictures and updates, and it was such a relief for us to know that Dewey was in such great hands when we left! Thank you so much Stephanie!!”

“I couldn't have been happier! I was able to drop Archer off with no problems! It was quick and simple, just like I needed. Archer didnt have any problem being away from me, and I k ow that was because he was a happy boy. Thank you for taking good care of my pup for me!”

“Kelly was an amazing sitter! I’m so grateful to her because she accepted a last-minute request to watch Merry while I was visiting from out of town. She sent so many wonderful updates all throughout the day which I really appreciated as Merry is a recently-adopted senior rescue dog and it was the first time I ever put her in daycare. Merry warmed up to her immediately and looked like she was having so much fun with Kelly and her dog Champ.”

Yarrow Point dog parents share their Rover experiences
Dani was super sweet, our sitter had backed out last minute and we were scrambling to find a replacement. I contacted her and she responded to messgae super fast. My boy apparently had the time of his life because as soon as he got into the car he passed out lol. I would definitely use Dani again!

Courtney has cared for Gus in the past and we trust he’s in good hands. A daycare visit to introduce our newer pup Slinky was the best idea. Courtney took her time with Slinky to be sure he grew more comfortable and I’m so impressed and appreciative! We know both boys will have a great time on longer stays 💙
We feel so lucky to have found Michelle and David to take care of Popcorn for daycare. They are incredibly sweet and welcoming, and their home is a wonderful, safe space for dogs. Their cats are also very friendly and got along well with Popcorn. She had a great time going on walks and had regular potty breaks. We truly appreciate the kindness and love they showed us and Popcorn. We highly recommend this amazing star sitter couple!

Our puppy Stella had a wonderful day with Conner, Erica and lil Teddy and I especially appreciated the updates and great communication throughout the day. Glad we found an amazing sitter close to our home and will be using them again for sure. Loved that Stella got to go around and walk at different parks too. She had a blast and was pleasantly tired when we got home . Highly recommend Conner and Erica 👍
