About: Hi there! I have experience caring for small to medium sized dogs. Had 2 schnauzers in my family home and currently have a very energetic mini goldendoodle. My name is Chrissy and I am the proud owner of a mini goldendoodle, Lizzo. Since childhood, I have always had an inexplicable love and fascination with dogs. Literally, everytime a dog walks by I still say "doggy!". I work from home most days and live in a very dog friendly neighborhood. I would love the chance to care for your dog, including walks, daycare, check-in visits. As much play time, potty breaks, feeding, medication as needed. I am an excellent communicator and am always just a text / call away.
“Jenna is absolutely wonderful! I have been rebooking with her for over a year now and feel so lucky to have found her. She is incredibly kind and takes such great care of Mia. One of the highlights for us is that Mia gets to play with Jenna’s dog, Orca—it’s the perfect way for her to socialize. Mia always comes home happy and perfectly tired out from a fun day. I cannot recommend Jenna enough!”

“Grizzy had a very nice day with Hitoe and her dog Biscuit. They played, walked, and took a nap together. Hitoe is so thoughtful, she sent photos and videos to keep us updated—it really gives us peace of mind knowing how he’s doing.”

About: Hi! My name is Eunjung, but my friends call me Cindy. I have extensive experience as both a dog owner and a foster family, and through fostering I’ve cared for dogs with many different personalities, energy levels, and needs. I really believe in meeting dogs where they are—respecting their temperament, paying attention to their cues, and adjusting care so they feel secure and at ease. I care for one guest dog at a time. I already have a calm, friendly dog at home (8yo golden retriever), and keeping visits one-on-one allows me to make sure introductions are thoughtful and that every dog feels comfortable, safe, and not overwhelmed. I’m calm, attentive, and communicative, and I’ll always share photos and updates so you know how your dog is doing. My goal is for your dog to feel relaxed, cared for, and at home while you’re away. During the week, my husband will be home to do a morning walk and a play-time in the yard. I return from work in the afternoon, and we take our afternoon/evening walk. Dogs can go into the yard anytime they want. They are also welcome to stay inside! I have a spacious fenced yard, the chillest & kindest golden retriever to keep dogs company (or stay out of the way if needed), and great toys and equipment for pets in the yard.

About: Hello! I’m a lifelong dog lover. I have two energetic dogs who keep me active and have taught me so much about caring for dogs with different personalities and needs. In addition to caring for family and friends’ pets, I’ve fostered rescue dogs, helping them adjust to new environments with love, patience, and consistency. I understand that every dog is unique, so I take the time to learn their routine and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or plenty of cuddles, I’ll care for your pet as if they were my own. My goal is to give you peace of mind, knowing your furry family member is in caring and reliable hands. My boyfriend is also a huge help with dogs so he may tag along to help care for your pets :) Currently working full time but will be going into part time so I will have plenty of time to help take care of your fur babies! I will be available weekends anytime, and weekdays evenings but my schedule will open up even more :) Please let me know what is needed to best take care of your fur babies and I will do just that! I want everyone to be happy and safe.
“As always, Mckenna and her mom Shirley took the best care of my old dog Chewie, and he's not easy! Thank you so much, Mckenna and Shirley! I'm always sure Chewie is happy and well taken care of when he's at your house.”

“Sreymom is our favorite dog sitter. Coco always seems happy to visit and comfortable. This was the first time we had Coco stay long enough to need dinner and his medicine and Sreymom not only did an excellent job, she sent us videos to show that he had gotten his medicine and food on time.”

Kellie is a responsive sitter who I could rely on to look after Peppi. She sent me photos of Peppi and I love seeing how he gets along well with her family. I’m pleased to know that Peppi was happy spending time with her (she told me that Peppi was lying or sitting beside them and pawing them when they stop rubbing him. Akansha was terrific in all aspects of our booking with her! She communicated proactively and always responded quickly to our messages, and our dog clicked with her caring and warm personality when he first met her. She sent regular updates throughout the day and made us feel comfortable trusting her with our precious pup! We will definitely be booking with her again.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Bellevue commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in WA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
