When Staying in My Home (Boarding/Daycare): Constant Supervision: Since I work from home, your pet will be in the same room as me most of the day. They will have full access to a comfortable, climate-controlled environment. Safety & Integration: With two resident cats, I am an expert at slow, safe introductions. If your pet prefers their own space, my townhouse allows for easy separation to ensure everyone feels secure and relaxed. Active Outdoors: Since I don't have a yard, I prioritize quality time outside. We will go on at least two dedicated walks (morning and evening) and frequent quick potty breaks to keep them stimulated and happy. Cat-Specific Care: For cat guests, I provide meticulous litter box maintenance and plenty of interactive play with wand toys and feathers. When Visiting Your Home (Drop-ins/House Sitting): Home Security & Tidiness: I treat your home with the utmost respect. I ensure all doors are locked, mail is brought in if needed, and the space remains exactly as you left it. Quality One-on-One Time: I don’t just "fill the bowl." About: I've taken care of medium dogs belonging to friends and family 😊 I've brushed, walked, fed, played, and cuddled with many different dogs, so I've got you covered! I'm currently working part time and am a part-time college student, so I have a lot of time to put into pet care :) I love going on adventures in my free time, whether it is to new parks or hikes! I have a very large fenced in yard and pickleball/basketball court, so your pup will have lots of room to run! I'm also located very close to multiple parks/dog parks (downtown bellevue park, newcastle beach park, robinswood dog park, etc.!) and my neighborhood also has a large grass field perfect for playing fetch. My home is also spacious and equipped with AC to keep your dog cool in the heat.

About: We are a couple who grew up with pets, and have spent years caring for our friends’ and families’ pets (rabbit, dog, tortoise, you name it). This isn’t just a side gig for us, we genuinely love animals and are working towards one day owning our own pup together (we currently have a sweet cat named Luna). In the meantime, we would love to provide a safe and comfy home for your pet when you are gone so you can travel relaxed knowing that they are in the best of hands. We live in an amazingly dog friendly area and would love to take your pup out for the best walks <3 As a couple, we both have hybrid work, with both of our schedules leaning heavily remote. This means that most of the time, we are both home and available to give your pup pets, attention, and walks. We also live in a great area for walking with lots of parks nearby and both love going for walks! We maintain a clean, calm, and cozy apartment that is pet friendly. We do currently have a sweet 4yr old cat, she has been around dogs and gets along with them, so as long as your pup is friendly with cats they should get along great! Your pet will be welcomed and cared for as one of our own. We respect your pet’s existing routines and will stick to them consistently for smoother transitions. You can also expect regular photos and updates throughout their stay.

Mari is a wonderful individual, the kind of person who makes you feel like your soulmate pup will be in caring hands. She was flexible with our meet and greet & also when the original date changed. Mari is a calm, kind, friendly person who cares about the well-being of your doggo. :) She doesn't take on more than 1 dog at a time, which means your pup will get the extra attention they may need. This is reassuring in case one dog isn't a fan of other dogs or plays rough. Logan is 12 years in age & has slowed down due to a previous leg injury. It was important for me to leave him in a safe, calm space with an attentive, kind person. Mari's home was truly the right place for him! During Logan's visit, Mari kept me updated on how he was doing and sent plenty of cute photos. I really appreciate Mari's kindness with Logan & taking good care of him. I recently was a dog sitter for a friend who has a Terrier. Dogs make me happy. I was thinking of adopting one but decided to join Rover for now.
