Hello pet parents! We are a family of three—my wife, our 12-year-old daughter, and me—living a calm, home-centered lifestyle. We grew up with cats and dogs, and they are one of the important parts for us. We believe that love and attention help puppies cope with the stress of being separated from their owners. To ensure pets receive the best care, we only sit one dog at a time, unless the dogs are from the same family!! We aim to provide every pup in our care with a stable, familiar environment—just like the one they’re used to at home. My wife and I work at home, which means your dog will receive plenty of attention and companionship throughout the day.

So grateful that Scooter has a wonderful home away from home with Kai and his family - he is so well taken care of and we're so thankful for all the love they give him (and they're even patient when he "sings along" with music practice...)
As always, Kai took amazing care of our dogs while we were away on a trip. He sent frequent updates including photos and videos which was very nice and reassuring while we were away. Thank you Kai!
Scooter is always happy to stay with Kai and his family - he is always wiggly and squeaky when I drop him off. They are the perfect home away from home! And they are wonderful about keeping us up to date on his adventures and wellbeing.
Our pup really enjoyed her time with Kai and family. We were given pictures, videos, and updates, on her visit with Kai. We definitely will book with Kai again.

Schedule
Our schedule is flexible, built around their needs—I typically take them out 3–4 times a day and make sure they’re never alone for long. I also send videos after every meal and walk, plus photo updates, so you can feel close to your furry friend while you’re away.

Running with dogs is one of my favorite parts of the day, and we always make time for fun play sessions with a variety of balls that most pups love! We truly enjoy showering our furry guests with cuddles, attention, and affection—it’s one of the greatest joys in our lives.
A typical day
Right outside my home is a large open lawn, and just a few steps away there’s a trail. I’m also take dogs to the nearby lake park extra fun.
