Availability
While we occasionally have dogs staying with us during the day, we don’t like to exceed 4 dogs in our household at a time (including our 2 dogs). We are typically up around 6am to walk or let the dogs out in the fenced backyard. We are new to Texas, so we have not been going out during the day to avoid the heat.

Food stays in a closed pantry/closed door and anything that can be ingested will not be accessible. Your pet’s safety and health is the priority. It’s also important to us that they are comfortable being around our dogs. If not, they are both crate trained and can be separated into different rooms.

Information Christy G. would like to know about your pet
We welcome all breeds! Please let us know if your pet has any unusual quirks or triggers that need to be known. If your dog pees when excited or has any potty training issues, please make us aware!
A typical day
Depending on your pet’s needs and lifestyle, we like to go outside for potty breaks as often as possible. We have a doggy kiddie pool that we play in, staying cool from heat exhaustion and drying off while inside is very important - especially for long haired dogs! We’ll always ask for permission before taking your dog to the park.

Pet care experience
We are Chris & Christy and we just recently moved to Texas! Chris has owned a couple of Labradors growing up and Christy grew up with a Pug. Currently, Chris works from home while Christy is unemployed. We have both been dog sitting for over 15 years and we are still excited every time we get to meet a new friend 🙂 Our dogs Milo and Riley have also gotten along with every dog they’ve encountered. A meet & greet is always preferred before booking. When your pet is under our care, we promise to keep them safe and protected at all times 🦮🐕🦺🐈🐈⬛

Reviews

Christy did an amazing job watching my Sheepadoodle. He loves playing with her dogs. She did a great job of keeping me informed of everything and how my dog was doing. I would 100% recommend her to anyone!!!

Chris and Christy are absolutely amazing! They kept us up to date and treated our babies like family!!!

Christy and Chris were beyond amazing! We were gone for two full weeks over Christmas and New Years so we really appreciated them taking her in during an already busy and stressful time of the year. They sent us lots of updates throughout her stay, they included her in family gatherings with other pups, and they even went above and beyond giving her a brush, bath AND nail trimming. We will definitely be reaching out to them again in the future. If you need someone to take care of your pet and hope they treat them like family...these are the sitters you want!

we’re very grateful for Christy and Chris! Bella had a lot of fun and settled in with them quickly. Christy also trimmed her nails which was a nice bonus! Definitely our go-to sitters if they’re available 😁
