Doggy Day Care in Factoria, Bellevue, WA

About: In the past 5+ years, I have become more knowledgeable in all things doodles. The main intention has always been to be the best pet mom to our own goldendoodle we got about 6 years ago. Doodles are (wonderfully) quirky by nature and are pretty much dogs trapped in human costumes! :) The more we understand their temperaments, the more everyone is happy! Our family is most comfortable being caretakers of doodles for that very reason and most importantly, to allow the ease of being around fellow doodles for our own goldendoodle, Teddy! I work full time from home with a very flexible schedule. Our typical schedule involves quick walks in the mornings before 9am. And then another walk in the evening around 6. For all in between play and workouts, we do it in our fenced backyard or indoor (we have lots of toys!!) We have a 0.6 acres of fenced backyard which is a haven for our Teddy. Surely it will be a favorite for all other dog friends as well. So many things to explore! The backyard will be where I take the dogs to chill in between work calls and breaks. My kids are teenagers that are dog lovers too. They will also be spending time playing with the dogs after they come home from school in the evenings.

Luisa sends many updates during the day and I feel confident Ruby is well or we could address any needs when they came up. We love going to Ms. Luisa’s home for daycare :)”

About: Hi! I’m Weston, and I’m a recent college graduate with a lifelong love for dogs. I cared for my family’s yellow lab Katie for 12 years, and have spent the last two years helping my brother and his girlfriend with in-home Rover pet sitting for dozens of dogs. I also spent 4 summers working as a lifeguard and swim coach for kids ages 5–18, helping me learn patience, attentiveness, and strong caregiving skills. Much like a dog, I enjoy running around and playing fetch. I also play guitar, which dogs cannot do but they seem to occasionally enjoy it. My favorite breed is the Australian Shepherd but I do not discriminate. I’m currently applying for internships, which gives me a very open and flexible schedule. When I’m home in Issaquah, I’m available throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, or pet sitting. I also live with my parents, who are happy to help keep an eye on your pets if I need to step out, so your dog is never left unattended. We have a fenced yard with a long grassy area and a hill that energetic dogs love to sprint up and down during games of fetch. We live in a safe, dog-friendly community, and previous Rover clients have always been happy with the care we give their dogs. I keep a vigilant eye on animals in my home, tracking their typical behavior and noting any abnormalities. I am very responsive with clients and will take so many pictures of your pets having loads of fun!

About: I’ve been caring for dogs and other pets since childhood. Growing up in my home country, my family owned a home where my parents encouraged us to learn how to care for animals. I developed a deep love for all kinds of furry friends and gained hands-on experience in their daily care. While pursuing my degree in the medical field, I also learned how to provide specific medical treatments for pets. I believe that as humans, we have a responsibility to care for and protect other living creatures. I’ve even cared for stray animals, making sure they felt loved and safe. When your furry family member stays with me, I’ll do my best to keep them happy, comfortable, and loved—so much so that they might not even notice you’re away. My goal is to make your absence feel short and sweet for them) Because of a family situation, I’m unable to work full-time in the office, which makes my schedule flexible and ideal for side jobs, so I am looking for opportunities! I mostly travel to owners home, and do either walk/ drop in visited/ or staying over night with client’s pet, which might be the best environment for pets as it’s their territory and they feel much safer to be there!

About: I grew up taking care of my Lhasa Apso. I used to dog sit for my employer who had a minature Shih Tzu. I would take her everywhere with me. I had a Dachshund in my 30’s. I recently was a dog sitter for a friend who has a Terrier. Dogs make me happy. I was thinking of adopting one but decided to join Rover for now. I currently work from home remote, so I have tons of flexibility to take care of a dog. I would take them outside for many walks during the day. I live in an apt with a balcony, so the dog would have free range. I would take them for walks in my area where there is a ton of grassy areas & a walking path. I’m also near parks.
