“Shadow always has such a fun time with Ya-Han and her family! She takes excellent care of him and gives detailed updates and notes about their activities, which I love ❤️”

“Pilalak and Siraphat are such wonderful and caring dog sitters!! They do the most to ensure my girl is taken care of, having fun, and exercised. They are always very responsive and they’re very responsible with the dogs, making sure not to overstimulate them or introduce any doggie to others too early, etc! I trust them so much and am so grateful I found them.”

About: I grew up taking care of my Lhasa Apso. I used to dog sit for my employer who had a minature Shih Tzu. I would take her everywhere with me. I had a Dachshund in my 30’s. I recently was a dog sitter for a friend who has a Terrier. Dogs make me happy. I was thinking of adopting one but decided to join Rover for now. I currently work from home remote, so I have tons of flexibility to take care of a dog. I would take them outside for many walks during the day. I live in an apt with a balcony, so the dog would have free range. I would take them for walks in my area where there is a ton of grassy areas & a walking path. I’m also near parks.
About: Constant Companionship & Peace of Mind As a full-time remote professional (WFH), your pet will never feel lonely at my home. I am here 24/7 to provide constant supervision, frequent potty breaks, and, most importantly, all the cuddles they deserve. Unlike sitters who work out of the home, I can adapt my schedule entirely to your pet’s routine, ensuring they feel safe and settled. Expertise in Specialized Care What truly sets me apart is my experience with high-need pets. I personally raised one of my resident cats from just 2 weeks old—a journey that required immense patience, around-the-clock bottle feeding, and meticulous care. This experience has made me exceptionally attentive to subtle changes in a pet's mood or health, making me a great fit for puppies, seniors, or pets who need a little extra TLC. Lifelong Small Breed Lover Before becoming a cat mom to my two sweet residents, I grew up with a Teddy Dog and a Yorkshire Terrier. I understand the spirited personalities and specific safety needs of small breeds. Living in a cozy townhouse, I specialize in creating a calm, indoor sanctuary supplemented by quality morning and evening walks to keep them active and happy. A Natural Connection I’ve been called an "animal magnet" since I was a child. I believe in patient, positive reinforcement and respect each pet's unique boundaries. Your furry family member will be treated exactly like my own—with unconditional love and professional responsibility. Full-Time Care & Attention As a dedicated pet parent to two cats, my life already revolves around animal care. My WFH status allows me to offer constant supervision and a flexible schedule tailored to your pet's needs. Since I live in a townhouse without a yard, I prioritize quality outdoor time with dedicated morning and evening walks. During the work day, your pet will enjoy a calm, climate-controlled environment with me right by their side. Whether they need a quick play session between my meetings or a quiet spot to nap, I am here to ensure they are happy and comfortable 24/7. Every pet has a unique personality and set of needs. My first priority is to mirror the routine they are used to at home to minimize stress. Whether it’s a specific feeding time, a favorite toy, or a particular way they like to be scratched, I follow your instructions to the letter. When Staying in My Home (Boarding/Daycare): Constant Supervision: Since I work from home, your pet will be in the same room as me most of the day. They will have full access to a comfortable, climate-controlled environment. Safety & Integration: With two resident cats, I am an expert at slow, safe introductions. If your pet prefers their own space, my townhouse allows for easy separation to ensure everyone feels secure and relaxed. Active Outdoors: Since I don't have a yard, I prioritize quality time outside. We will go on at least two dedicated walks (morning and evening) and frequent quick potty breaks to keep them stimulated and happy. Cat-Specific Care: For cat guests, I provide meticulous litter box maintenance and plenty of interactive play with wand toys and feathers. When Visiting Your Home (Drop-ins/House Sitting): Home Security & Tidiness: I treat your home with the utmost respect. I ensure all doors are locked, mail is brought in if needed, and the space remains exactly as you left it. Quality One-on-One Time: I don’t just "fill the bowl." I spend the entire duration of the visit engaging with your pet, providing companionship, and making sure they feel loved while you're away. Detailed Updates: I am a big communicator! You can expect frequent photo and video updates of our adventures, so you never have to wonder how your best friend is doing.
“My 6 month old puppy came home happily tired after spending a day with Pathum and Archie. I got a lot of pictures and I can see that he had a great time! Highly Recommended!”

About: Hi! I’m Weston, and I’m a recent college graduate with a lifelong love for dogs. I cared for my family’s yellow lab Katie for 12 years, and have spent the last two years helping my brother and his girlfriend with in-home Rover pet sitting for dozens of dogs. I also spent 4 summers working as a lifeguard and swim coach for kids ages 5–18, helping me learn patience, attentiveness, and strong caregiving skills. Much like a dog, I enjoy running around and playing fetch. I also play guitar, which dogs cannot do but they seem to occasionally enjoy it. My favorite breed is the Australian Shepherd but I do not discriminate. I’m currently applying for internships, which gives me a very open and flexible schedule. When I’m home in Issaquah, I’m available throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, or pet sitting. I also live with my parents, who are happy to help keep an eye on your pets if I need to step out, so your dog is never left unattended. We have a fenced yard with a long grassy area and a hill that energetic dogs love to sprint up and down during games of fetch. We live in a safe, dog-friendly community, and previous Rover clients have always been happy with the care we give their dogs. I keep a vigilant eye on animals in my home, tracking their typical behavior and noting any abnormalities. I am very responsive with clients and will take so many pictures of your pets having loads of fun!
“Our 7 month golden retriever puppy loved his day at Ksenia's place. She was super-prompt in responding and kept us reassured with photos and videos. I greatly appreciated how patiently she addressed all our questions as first-time users of Rover and in-home daycare. We were nervous since our puppy is high energy and loves to play with our dogs. He had a great time and we are happy that he will get a lot more safe socialization in the future.”

“Crystal was super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and we are very comfortable knowing our puppy will have a fun and engaging time with her and her family. We highly recommend Crystal for doggy daycare!”

“Jam was so accommodating to our last minute request and made our pup feel so comfortable! We couldn’t ask for a more comforting experience or sitter for our dog while traveling! Thank you!!”

“Shelbee had a wonderful time at Hitoe’s home with Biscuit. She took her on lots of walks, and although Shelbee usually doesn’t eat much, I was initially worried—but she made sure to give her food and water regularly, and Shelbee finished everything before coming home. I also really appreciated the consistent updates and how thoughtfully she answered all my questions. I would absolutely love to book with her again!”

Let’s connect—I’d love to learn more about how I can best support you and your furry family! I work from home most of the time and will be available at day time during weekdays to take dogs for a walk to the nearby park. There is a big community park across the road which makes it really convenient for a walk.
“Todd is awesome! He’s very detail oriented and listened to all of our tidbits about Ziggy before caring for him. He kept him active all day and spoiled him with the dog park, walks, and treats!”

About: I have been pet sitting for 15 years now and love every minute of it. I used to work at Seattle Humane as an Animal care giver. I’m a huge animal lover and my long term goal is to become a vet tech. My partner Tyler also frequently accompanies me taking dogs out to the park and housesitting with me. He is also a big animal lover, in particular cats! I’m experienced at administering medications, including insulin shots. I have 3 dogs of my own, 2 cats, and fish. I was also a horse owner for 5 years up until a few months ago. Important note: 🐾 For pet/house sitting I have to bring my smallest dog with me 25 lbs as he was just diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer, Hemangiosarcoma. So he has to be monitored 24/7 as we don’t know when his time will come. I also have to bring my 9yr old border collie. Both are very well behaved and have been with me to many house/pet sitting jobs. They are pros. 💛 They are amazing with other dogs, cats, farm animals (we used to live on a ranch). They both understand dog social cues very well and are calm and quiet in the house. I’m happy to do a meet and great beforehand to assess compatibility. I have experience caring for small animals to exotics such as rats, snakes, bunnies, birds, fish etc. I also have extensive knowledge when it comes to caring for livestock, from goats, cattle (steers and heifers), horses (all different type of breeds) mostly OTTB’s, sheep, llamas, chickens and more! I’d love to meet your pets and give them the best care, love and attention while you are away! I have many references from over the years and can provide some at your request! Thank you for your interest! 😊 I work part time currently and have a very flexible work schedule, so I’ll have lots of time to spend with your animals! I love all different kinds of animals and would love to meet yours 😊 I’ve been sitting at peoples houses for 15 years now. So I have lots of experience when it comes to staying at others houses. I will always keep the door locked and clean up the house before you come back home! I prefer to stay at your house because that is where your animals are most comfortable and can easily stick to their routine.
“Max is always happy to see M.J. and comes home a happy boy! It's clear that M.J. loves him as well. I always feel comfortable knowing that Max is in good hands, and love getting the pictures and messages about how he's doing during the time my pup and I are parted. Thank you, M.J. for a wonderful Rover experience!”

About: I’ve taken care of our rescued toy poodle for the last four years. I also help friends and neighbors to take care of their dogs often, and they return excitedly every time. My two teenagers love dogs, and love to play with and take care of them too. We are only taking hypoallergenic dogs for day care and boarding. We can take non-hypoallergenic for walking. I’m available to care for your dog every day. Expect lots of walks, potty breaks, meals, play sessions, all in a safe and loving environment. Your dog’s happiness is my ultimate goal! I live in a quiet neighborhood with trails and dog parks nearby for your dog to explore and have fun in. Your dog is welcome on my furniture, in my backyard, and in an open carpeted area to play in.
“Sreymom was great with my dog Rocky! She was very communicative and sent many photos and videos throughout the day. Drop-off and pick-up was easy. Her dog, Akina, is also very sweet and it was nice to find someone familiar with huskies. We would definitely book Sreymom again! 😊”

About: I have loved cats since I was a little girl and always had a cat growing up and still do in adulthood. There is just something about them I love so much and cats can usually tell that I'm a "cat person". I have years of experience watching other peoples cats through rover and have loved all of my cat clients like they were my own pets. Due to my own pets and their various health concerns over the years I have learned the ability to be flexible and accommodating to different pet needs. My older cat was diagnosed with diabetes about a year ago and I now have lots of experience with both oral and injected medications for cats. I am available for dog walking as well as cat sitting/check ins for short or long periods of time. I have watched cats for fellow rover customers for up to two weeks at a time without any trouble. I love dogs and I am an active person who loves to get out and walk but cats are where my heart is! Look no further if you’re looking for the perfect cat sitter! I am self-employed and work from home with flexibility for morning, afternoon & evening drop ins. I have a flexible schedule that will allow me to provide drop in services. I will take care of your pets like my own. I absolutely adore cats and will do my best to care for them exactly how you would.
“Charleston had the best time with Luisa! Luisa took great care of our dog Charleston while we were out of town for the day. She was responsive, trustworthy, and treated him like her own. She kept us updated with pictures of their fun! We’re so grateful and definitely recommend her!”

“Ricquel is absolutely AMAZING!! She is great with our pup and truly loves her like her own. Our dog is so happy to see her every time she gets to stay with Ricquel for the day and we love the updates and pictures that are sent throughout the day. Very high quality care! We couldn't be happier with Ricquel and her service!”

Ryan was wonderful and took excellent care of our girls! He followed their individual feeding instructions carefully and was communicative with updates, photos and any questions during their stay with him. He took them for a couple walks at our request and was very flexible about pickup and dropoff. We could tell the dogs had a great time! They seem to love Ryan and his house. After we picked them up they were happy and not stressed at all which is saying a lot. Highly recommend Ryan as a sitter.

Ryan is great! He is super flexible and takes such great care of my little anxious dog. He provides tons of updates and is super responsive any time I message him. My dog is thrilled every time she gets to hang out with him, she literally sprints to the door. Would absolutely recommend him!

Wonderful, very dog-friendly home! Her dogs were delightful and well-socialized. One of our dogs decided to be a nervous-nelly, and Candace was very considerate of his needs and kept in constant communication with us. We felt very very safe with our dogs there and would absolutely bring them back again.

Samantha is wonderful! She gets my little gremlin all tuckered out and was able to accommodate my wild schedule and all of its changes. Elio is just a puppy but at the end of the day he gets in the car all by himself and goes straight to sleep. 100% fully recommend Samantha as a safe, responsible, kind and accommodating petsitter.

Magdalena and Suresh (hope I spelled it right!) were incredible hosts for our two Dobermans. She was very thoughtful in our meet and greet on getting her dogs introduced and I could tell she wanted to make sure all 4 were going to get along. She sent great pics throughout the stay and I could tell our dogs got spoiled! Would love to have her watch the dogs again in the future!
Amanda is amazing! She was so kind to watch my 13 week old golden retriever puppy Millie. Millie played all day! She was able to meet a new friend and run and dig to her hearts content. Amanda was so sweet to send me pictures and videos so I was not anxious during her first day away.

Pauline was fantastic taking care of our one year old golden retriever for doggy daycare. She made sure lemon felt right at home, took her on several walks, and sent photo and video updates throughout the day. We knew she was in great hands and would absolutely book again. Thanks, Pauline!
