About: I grew up taking care of my Lhasa Apso. I used to dog sit for my employer who had a minature Shih Tzu. I would take her everywhere with me. I had a Dachshund in my 30’s. I recently was a dog sitter for a friend who has a Terrier. Dogs make me happy. I was thinking of adopting one but decided to join Rover for now. I currently work from home remote, so I have tons of flexibility to take care of a dog. I would take them outside for many walks during the day. I live in an apt with a balcony, so the dog would have free range. I would take them for walks in my area where there is a ton of grassy areas & a walking path. I’m also near parks.

I grew up with dogs and cats, including a Saint Bernard and two boxers (not all at the same time!), so caring for animals has always been part of my life. We currently have a friendly rescue dog named Jensen, a lab/pit mix who absolutely loves playing with other dogs. We have a fully fenced yard and live in a quiet neighborhood that’s great for walks.
