“I was a bit apprehensive to find someone to watch our10 month old lab through Rover. I spoke with several people who lacked communication and seemed a bit unreliable, ironically they had good ratings. On my last attempt I found Janessa and really happy I did. Our dogs are like our children so it was very important to us that we found someone who genuinely enjoy having our dog with them. We did a meet and greet before the actual boarding, which was really nice to see the space in which the dogs would use (fully fenced huge yard). She provided frequent updates of Nyx with photos, really helped put my mind to ease while we were traveling for 9 days. I will definitely be reaching out to Janessa again for our next trip!”
