“Theresa was wonderful. Our previous sitter backed out two days before our trip and despite the short notice Theresa was more than happy to help! We explained Marley might try to mark territory on his first day (he did) and Theresa was incredibly understanding. We received regular photo updates and a longer debrief when we returned. Marley seems to fit in well with the resident pets and he even seemed a bit sad when we picked him up!!! We cannot thank cindy enough! She has been watching our dog for 16 days and she is absolute magic. Right from the start, Cindy was professional, punctual, incredibly attentive and followed our routine perfectly. Our dogs were very well looked after by Kai and his family. We got daily photographs, videos and updates including any change in behavior which Kai thought we may be worried about. He was very responsive and the dogs looked really happy with him. Highly recommended!
Zuzu had a blast! And Ya-Han took such good care of her. She sent frequent updates on how Zuzu did and sent photos and videos. When she discovered a little scab on Zuzu she contacted me immediately and took all the right steps. I hope she and her family enjoyed Zuzu as much as Zuzu enjoyed them. I would definitely recommend Ya-Han.
I love that Julie sent videos of Tibbs so I saw how happy Tibbs was while boarding with her. He was well taken care of while we went away over the weekend. It was also very easy to communicate with Julie during Tibbs’ stay. I will book Tibbs with her again 100%. Thank you Julie!
Brian and his family were amazing hosts. Specifically, his wife was so welcoming and thorough, ensuring that they had all the information they needed for our pups and their family would have a great time together. We received regular consistent updates as well as pics showing how our two dogs were adjusting to spending time with them. We really appreciated that they have no other animals in the home, reducing any extra adjustments for our girls. We would definitely ask them again, if we needed overnight care.
Yini was great! She helped with two bookings that I needed which were canceled last minute. She was a huge help with taking care of Amaya. She sent tons of pictures and it was easy to see how happy Amaya was doing. I will definitely be reaching out for more help when Amaya needs to be taken care of.
Loic and Kristen are terrific dog sitters - this is my second time with them. Zorro loves to go on walks and that seems to match their family’s activity level well. I received many photos of Zorro taking walks and looking for wildlife and they understand how to manage Zorro’s leash reactivity. They are excellent communicators and seem to have enjoyed having Zorro around (and they confirmed that she’s a really easy dog to sit…. aside from the leash reactivity issue, which is very common with rescue dogs). I will be looking to book them in the future, if they are available.
