About: I started pet sitting in May 2022 after moving to Seattle. Since then I’ve cared for small dogs (Shiba Inu, Maltese, Cockapoo) and many indoor cats (Devon Rex, British Shorthair, Ragdoll, Orange Tabby, etc.) for friends and coworkers. I’m best with apartment-friendly, well-mannered pets. I pay close attention to each animal’s personality, don’t force cuddles, and let shy pets warm up at their own pace as long as they’re safe. Before each stay, I confirm your pet’s routine and house rules so I can keep things consistent and low-stress while you’re away. I work a regular weekday schedule but have flexibility. For dogs, I can sometimes bring them to my pet-friendly office so they can calmly socialize with other dogs if they enjoy it. If not, they can stay at my apartment — I can come home midday for a potty break and walk, and I’m home before and after work. For cats, I handle morning and evening care and spend more time at home in the evenings and on weekends. Safety and comfort are my top priorities. I carefully follow your instructions for feeding, walks, litter, and any house rules, and I keep doors and windows securely closed so pets stay safely indoors. For dogs, I only walk them on-leash and avoid crowded or unsafe areas. I mainly provide care in my own home, where pets can explore safe areas of the apartment and relax in a calm, quiet environment. I don’t offer driving or pick-up/drop-off, and I can only consider very nearby homes that are within a short walking distance. I send regular photo and text updates so you always know how your pet is doing and can feel confident they’re well cared for while you’re away.
